It is possible to buy bitcoins with PayPal as you have shdvb, the most trusted person here who buys/sells Bitcoins against PayPal and many other electronic currencies... You can even try Localbitcoins and find a seller, or try out VirWox...
i personally have no idea about that actually paypal is totally banned in my area and therefore it is not possible for me to use here in my country therefore i do not have any idea about that, but may be possible.

I bought bitcoins from sardasa a while back. He's trusted in this forum when exchanging our paypal into bitcoins. There are still other people out there, of course. His service kind of have a big fee, honestly. He also requires you to upload an ID of yours, and then a photo of you holding the ID. It might be risky because the very same photos can be used to get a loan online. It depends on you if you're going to trust someone the seller or not.

PayPal transaction is not final for 45 days from transaction. Beware of chargeback
you are right,it's also important thing to see when dealing with paypal users, they can charge back especially if it's about cryptocurrencies transaction ,paypal strictly prohibit it and when the buyers who receive bitcoin make a chargeback, paypal will approve it with no mercy
it is in fact one of the advantages of paypal. transactions become more secure and there is no deception. so will be easy to find people who are transacting with PayPal. it is commonplace everyone.

Yes that guy is very trusted and has good reputation in doing business in this forum, one can buy bitcoin from him safely with any currency, but in addition to that, coinbase is also supporting paypal now, so no probem buying bitcoin with paypal. I am also thinking of starting currency exchanges with Paypal but only for reputed members.
No problem as long as you deal with very trusted party or well known person around you.
But still buying bitcoin use your paypal always not recommended by most people.
As you may know paypal is reversible and theymos have noted here  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/beware-of-paypal-and-other-reversible-transfer-services-14632

The best way to buy bitcoins with paypal is localbitcoins, the site is easy to use and you can have bitcoins within a few hours. However the problem is that the fees are very high, sometimes it can costs over $1.30 for $1 of bitcoin.

I had a time when I need to buy bitcoins and used my paypal funds with localbitcoins, so far my experience is quite good enough but I'm not satisfied, I really just know.

It's feel like I'm looking for something more and when I tried to use coinbase, it is offering some good affiliate program.

And if you are going to have a lot of friends and wants to buy bitcoins, just refer them to coinbase and get into coinbase referral program.

So you are helping them to refer to a quite good exchange for buying bitcoins and the same time you are earning from helping them.

I dont know if it is able to do but waht i do know is that you can give people money on their paypal account and than you can get bitcoijns from them you need to trust them off course but trust is what we need in the bitcojn dont you think.

Of course we can, there are individuals here in forum who sells bitcoin and the payment method would be paypal. So you don't have to worry if you are looking for someone that sells bitcoin with the use of paypal or vice versa. And besides there are also some trusted exchange that allows you to buy bitcoins, like virwox.

Of course it's possible. There are lot of people trading Bitcoin for PayPal. Even on localbitcoins there are many sellers who will trade Bitcoin for PayPal. But I wouldn't recommend this option because you will lose a lot for the price is much higher if you use this method. And you can also get scamed, which is not less important.
I will not prefer this method because here a lot of scammers are there. I lost my money in this process. I did trade with Bitgold, and some people cheated me. I lost my Bitgold and money both. So I don't trust Paypal payment. Dealing with Paypal account is very risk I don't recommend this to anyone.
Yeah, it is simply a bad idea, to try to buy bitcoin with PayPal there are many obstacles and problems to cover; in the other hand buying PayPal with bitcoin is extremely easy here in the forum.

the struggle of having clients who are going to buy bitcoin with paypal is because the possibilities of getting chargedback and blindly approved by paypal, sometimes their paypal also unverified or even stolen paypal that will actually giving a big effect to the seller's account,it may possibly getting limited and the money will be taken back by the original owner

Is it possible? Yes, is it recommended? Absolutely not, if you try to do that in this forum many people will look at you with suspicious eyes and you may even get negative trust, the reason for that is that you can backtrack your payment even months after the transaction took place.

local bitcoins also my recommendation... the fees from paypal shouldn't need be brought up as am sure all paypal users will understand that comes with the "privilege" haha.

That said, you might actually save money withdrawing from paypal into yr local bank account and paying with that at localbitcoins.
