I doubt this. however, almost all transaction activities will lead to the bank. even the cash you use comes from the world bank. imagine if you don't have that, and only have crypto for now. At this time, not everyone accepts crypto as a medium of exchange, especially in countries where banned crypto is used as a transaction tool, or in places that do not have an internet connection. not only that, many other bank functions that crypto does not currently have.
Exactly. Basically, the bank controls everything. It's practically impossible to live entirely from crypto when adoption for it is still low. As long as Fiat remains the top currency of choice by merchants and businesses alike, I don't see banks going anywhere. Even in these times of turmoil, banks are still relevant. Governments rely on central banks to issue new supply of their own currencies. Things would've been different if countries started using decentralized cryptocurrencies on top of Fiat. But we all know, that's just a dream than anything else.
Both banks and governments play a large role in the world's economy. Crypto may have its own benefits relative to Fiat, but it cannot serve as a replacement to the current monetary system because of the reasons previously mentioned. In the end, people who are passionate about crypto/Blockchain tech will continue to support the decentralized economy while others will use Fiat as usual. Remember, you can live without crypto but not without banks. Sometimes, it's best to live with both of them in order to gain control of your financial life. With many types of assets and currencies available in the free world, there's always a choice for everyone. Just my opinion
