The only thing you can do if ever you are heavily invested on that scam project is to sue them so that you can forced them to refund your investment. Gather all investors that you know and create against them. You just need more funds for lawyer and other legal stuff. It will be really worth it if you invested tons of money because it will really pay off. You can split expenses to all the people you gather for the sue. This is the best option you can choose or else just follow other user recommendation above to move on.

There is no way you can retrieve it using technical method on this scenario.

If Plustoken support didn't answer your messages and claims, that sounds hopeless to takes back your money even though you have all the credentials. To know that they have been shut down (unless it was only maintenance break) you can't count of them to give back what they've scam to all depositors. This is will happen to scam exchanges ( exit scam) which I worried about that is why I keep ignoring these exchanges and never give them a chance to take what I have.
Plustoken is a proven scam and one of major scams on cryptocurrency history. It's none of support issue or maintainence issue. Check the previous post or google with plustoken scam to check more.

I wanted to know if anyone has an answer for me. If i still have my public/private key, can i withdraw the BTC that i previously put into PlusToken using those methods since Plustoken has shut down?

The scammers have been starting to sell your money through the public market and you can check whether your btc is still in your address or not. I guess if your btc has already moved by plustoken and the only thing that can do by plustoken investor to report this to the SEC or something else that can trace them all,

No, you can't get it back anymore.

That's right, the answer is very simple. A big NO. I don't know why the OP is asking it here. Does he really think that he has the chance to get it back?

No, you can't get it back anymore. Unless there will be a lawsuit that will allow them to resend back those stolen bitcoins, they will be forced from doing so.
But they are scammers and scammers won't do that.

Sorry to know that, but, Plustoken is a scam. A scammer will never give your money or BTC back.
You can read some articles that state about this very huge scamming, structured, and also like-legit project scam.:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/plustoken-scam-moves-123m-in-bitcoin-just-as-btc-price-regains-10k
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/how-the-plustoken-scam-absconded-with-over-1-percent-of-the-bitcoin-supply
https://cointelegraph.com/news/plustoken-scammer-implicated-in-chinas-second-ten-figure-crypto-ponzi

You are not the only one victim, they scam a very huge amount of BTC, in 2019, the total scammed was around 200,000 BTC, what's about now? i think it is more.

So, if you are a victim of Plustoken, You must be brave and give up all of that. And of course, make this experience a very valuable lesson to be more careful when you want to invest. In whatever cases, not only in BTC investment

We have constantly suggested people to stay away from all thess ponzi schemes but people just do not listen and get lured to the shiny returns, you money is most probably gone my friend, by now you should know that it was a scam project and everything was a hoax, so stop investing in ponzis and try to find serious platforms rather than throwing away your money in get rich quick schemes.

I believe they have already moved their customers' funds and when nothing would be left in their wallets, what can you do even if you have your private keys of the address through which you deposited in it (if you ever have the real private key as I doubt that when they were destined to scam everyone, why would they even allow you to see/copy your private key)!

The best you can do is to keep an eye and watch out for the project admins if they ever reveal anything about the BTC and ever decide to give back the BTC to their customers (but I highly doubt that it will happen).

Even if you have the private keys the PlusToken is already a scam project and I’m sure you can’t access your wallet anymore so don’t expect to retrieve your bitcoin, and start moving on.

If you invested into something you must keep yourself updated about the project so you will be aware the situation of your money, since PlusToken fails or a literally scam, you should know from day 1 that your bitcoin is totally gone now.

First you need to find out what happened to the plus token and also; did you invest your bitcoin into the project? If you sent btc in the hope of receiving plus token back then; then you do not have bitcoin  again; but plus token. Well knowing full that plus token is closed; its a 50?50 scenario for you

There's no talking of 50/50 scenario here because the btc that he sent has already been in the hands of those plus token devs. You can't withdraw your btc anymore.

Im bit lost on what you have said here which you do mention about pk of your wallet but since you do say that you had invested in plustoken then i presume out

that you sent out those funds into their ICO sale main wallet. Right? this is just been always the case and now you do ask about retrieval?  No, those coins are gone now

and lots of investors like you had already burned out their investment.Im aware with this PLutoken existence.

He will have the equivalent amount of plus token on his account, not the btc that he sent. Just like any other ICO. So yes, he can't retrieve his original btc from this project. There's no way that the plus token team will allow such withdrawal in btc form because that's the reason why they screwed the investors. Such a huge scam.  Roll Eyes
