comparing how much you need to have a vote for ETH, you will need more than $40K but with cardano, you can already stake with just few ADA. it won't hurt having some indeed. although they are both centralized and can be used for censorship still.

It doesn't seem like they've done well so far in the past year, If you trust it enough you can do long-term investment on it but honestly, I'd rather do short-term investments instead. I don't think altcoins are investments you'd take for long-term ones, the only coin I'd ever go for long-term would be Bitcoin. Maybe invest and wait for 3 months to see what happens and if you think it'll still go up then yea stay, but honestly if you get positive by then I'd just take it and plan for another short-term investment.

ADA has a very good fundamental. It can be considered as top coin as well which is worthy enough to be used as investment. I think that this question can be answered so easy. Why don't you go to the coinmarketcap and then try to see that? How good cardano is?
If that was not a good coin and then cardano will never be considered as the top coin. People know cardano so well and any big coin is worthy for long term investment.
It would be a wise decision if you are also trying to use your mind to take some data from internet and then try to make your own conclusion about this coin based on your analyzation.

ADA we still have hope because the developer is still working hard and always has notice of his delay. I think ADA is still worth the investment.

I never advise anyone to hold their altcoins in a long term except when they say they have a Bitcoin.
Cardano might be good but I think holding in a long term isn't a potential one. I don't know what happens to them, it seems they dropped too much this year. But it's up to you, you should the one who makes a decision and don't rely upon others and gather financial advice, do your own research is a must.

For long-term investment let's talk about it straightforwardly, I will rather go with Bitcoin than the altcoins.

There are some pros and cons to ADA. Some said that this coin is actually very potential and has different utility os that this will be worthy. But on the other side, ADA also has big wekaness and that is why this coin is commonly undervalue.

ADA is a promising platform as they have real product to offer. but when it comes to being heavily invested on this project, one should know the target plans of the dev team and if they are keeping up with it. what i am seeing here is that ADA is not the same with these pump and dump coins. they are actually building and growing their network, so you do have a chance to get your profits later on.

Has potential but if it is for long term investments, I guess coins with bigger names would be a better choice simply because they're more 'secured' in a way that its market price would have a higher chance to increase in the future such as with Bitcoin and Ethereum. Just my two cents. 'coz if the token you are investing your money with has only potential and not having stable demand, I guess it would be a bigger gamble. If it is for short term, trying other coins would generate bigger profit.
