Yes it is a right time to buy ripple as all altcoins including the XRP has fallen to stand at $ 0.768369 at the time of this writing. Do not forget, the altcoin had not so long age hit around $ 4. So it will rise again to the moon once the crypto market stabilizes. So buy the coin and it will hit $ 7 this year end.

For me definitely Ripple will rise as the bitcoin has now climbing slowly to $8k but i don't think Ripple will return to the all time high. It will be a wise decision if you will split it on other good coins as you might lose if the price of Ripple will not go on your side. Invest in 3 good coins for your $2k.

Ripple sucks man why would you go into the manipulating coin like that. They are just hoax and saying that they have developed this much and that much. In reality the implications are too off the chart and people are literally getting robbed with it. Why? The centralised currency like that can not go hand in hand if you trust it then this is your personal instinct whether to go with it or not. Also, on the broad perspective there lot more options which can be trusted over the XRP. The cheap coins are available so no matter about the investment value and quantity that you will receive for the other coins.

Personally I'm absolutely not a ripple-believe, BUT - it will probably get pumped again, maybe even higher that before, so yes, it is not possible to find a timing which is better than the current moment.

I wouldnt buy ripple for 1 cent if you ask me. So its NEVER time to buy ripple. Just get some knowledge about Bitcoin and the blockchain, why its so revolutionary and why its so successfull. Ripple is the exact opposite of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is free, Ripple is controlled by the Financial institutes. So instead of buying ripple you can just give your money to the bank for free. So if you buy ripple, you support the millionaire companies to get even more rich then theyalready are!

Yes it's not a good time to buy any altcoin until this bloodbath we need to wait for the lowest point of this drop then we need to buy once the price becomes somewhat stable or else if you are a long term investor then you can go for bitcoin.
