is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
Yes it is but it depends on the situation. If the value of bitcoin is pumping, then turning all your money to bitcoin is a good idea but if the value is falling, you will surely risk it all since there are chances that your money will have a deduction due to the dump that is occuring. It may be risky but most of the successful people here happens to convert some of their money to bitcoin.

Definitely yes, its better to invest a half of your money but not your all money because bitcoin has a changeable value, its because bitcoin is a digital currency, means there is a high risk to invest your all money.

Even the risk is there when you are investing in bitcoin but if you realy want to do that you are able to have good profit from that way but always remember you have to take the risk.

I understand where you are coming from. I also have those same thoughts, although as I haven't got a great deal of cash stashe'd away so I haven't got yoo much to risk. It is a risk investing in any one thing so I've come to the conclusion to spread the risk. Including some other altcoins.

Hello all! You know any investment are risky and nobody never will return to you even 1 cent if bitcoin starting dump. All my logic say to me its sounds like never put all eggs in one basket. If I was on your place then I never go all-in sometime its better pass or check or even fold

is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

For me it's definitely high risk investment. Maybe if you did it 2013 when price was dropped from 1000$ to around 400$ , because there was a good chance that price will goes up to 1000$ again.
Today when price is 16 000$ it's seems pretty risky to invest all money. I have good saving on bank too I getting only 2,5% interest per year , but there are no risk for losing that , and I will never invest that money in something like bitcoin. Because I can lose it all.

So for my opinion invest only amount that if you lose all , you can live with it.

Any operation of this type can be risky, but I think it is really worth it. If you want to locate your money somewhere, Bitcoin is the best option. Your decision what to do with it but I really recommend it.

Unless you're ~12 years old, living with your parents, and all your money is a total of $100. I'd say exactly what jonathan said. Bitcoin is volatile, and most of the world still operates on standard fiat currency.

is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes, it's risky to turn all your money into bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile and if you know what you are entering you understand the risk that you'll be taking. And if your money is just staying in the bank and earning with a very low interest better to take the risk in bitcoin by buying at dip and wait for it to grow. The profit in bitcoin may grow in lesser time than your expectation. More risk, more profit but invest only what you afford to lose.

Dont ever do that, there are thousands of altcoins you can put percent of your money, dont rely on bitcoins try to spread your investments from others so if the bitcoin crash, the losses wont hurt that much.

Of course it is risky to turn all your money to bitcoin but you can also consider it as a smart move for you to have your money growing more. If ever you will turn all your money to bitcoin, there's a possibility that the money you've had will fall or rise. Right now, there are more pumps than dumps so it can be a good idea if you will turn all your money to bitcoin at this kind of situation.

is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes it is risky because bitcoins are volatile and that is mot always positive even if you be optimistic about it the reality is bitcoins have a chance tobfade and they can be like a bubble then they will explode or in other words go in a huge fall price so if you put all you money in that you might lose a lot money too. So my advice is do not stick into one coin if you wanted in a crypto investment there are a lot of coins so learn to diversify you money because you need to have plan b if plan a doesn't work you need to think of all those possible outcomes

too much hype around the crypto currency leads to too rapid growth, and not very good for the stability of the coin rate

its very risky, only invest what u can lose!u wont lose all ur money, bitc can crash to a few dollars again.
bitcoin is bubble when it burst u maybe gonna lose all ur money.
that's right, too risky to use all the money on one type of investment, not just bitcoin, but also for altcoin. it's because cryptocurrency is so volatile, now of high value, it could be tomorrow worthless.
it would be better if the investment is divided, so when the loss on one coin, there is still a reserve.

Just having a good chunk of your money 'sitting in the bank' at some dumpster tier interest rate is 'risky' if you want to have a comfortable retirement someday.  At the very least you should be diversified and have some money in say the stock market which returns about 10% on average.

Personally I would take the opportunity to invest in crypto as I think the risk is worth the reward.  Putting all your money in one coin, even bitcoin may not be wise.  Diversification in all things.

I think I would be very risky to turn all your money to bit coin because investing always have a risk... I think it will also depend on how you will use your bit coin. And also the price of bit coin is not constant there will be days that you can exchange it to higher values and there will be days that it has lower value..

Yes it is. it's not a good idea for someone to invest all their money in one place or business. you must have the benefit of the doubt. because not all businesses were successful at the beginning. you should keep something just in case worst scenario happens. it's better to be cautious than to invest it all. try to invest first a small amount and when you saw it was successful, then invest some again. you can invest in other business. so do not invest all your money in bitcoin. save some for yourself.

If you can, then do it. Saving money on bitcoin will definitely be profitable in the long term. But if you expect quick profits in a short time, then you better not to put your money in bitcoin.

Absolutely, please have a look at the daily/ weekly chart. This chart has been overextended for the longest time, even though there is so much hype atm around BTC a lot of people are expecting a correction. I wouldnt buy in at these prices.

Sidenote: Everyone thought 10k would be a big resistance and we would have gotten a correction but here we are at 16k now. It is difficult to give good advice on this. But I wouldnt touch this now.

yes it is very risky. I think you should invest some of your money to btc but not all of your money because bitcoin is losing its uptrend and it will be a long term run not quickly so save some money for other investments.

Looks like you would have done great doing it, but yes it is definitely an extremely risky thing to do now because we never know when bitcoin is going to crash. Even if you believe in it long term and it continues its trend of going up you never know what will happen in the future.
