If they don't have enough money to buy a SECURE certificate like our forum has then they are at least not serious to not say anything else. They are saving a mere 60 USD as that is the cost of such certificate from the most trusted vendors. Even if they are legit , cloud mining is losing money.

Remember the golden rule of such sites: If they have enough power and resources to mine for themselves why should they share it with other people, that makes no sense for me. The only legit cloud mining site is hashnest but even there in the long run people lose money or get less than their initial investment.

All cloud mining sites are not recommended including Hashflare.io

I didn't tried them yet. You should try with small amounts before doing anything.

If you don't feel that hashflare is safe well don't go for it since mining as i've knew is not profitable at this current rate, blocks are very difficult to mine, and surely it has a great effect in cloudmining and totally they are running as ponzi right now, and try to listen for other thougs, its very helpfull for you and just make it as basis that cloudmining is totally not safe at this time, be vigilant all the time and dont be hook up for false promised.

Obviously, these sites are not safe as it looks legit first, but it will become a scam in the end, and you will lose your money there.
All cloud mining sites are always good in the beginning but will betray you in the end, and you can't get much profit there because it took how many months before you earn. I just advise that much better if you stay away from this kind of sites.

I totally agree with you. Was testing some mining sites a few months ago and lost my money because it was a scam site. The site was online since 2 years and looks legitimate but finally it was a scam site. Maybe some earned a profit because they invested at the start of the program but most people lost their money. So I can't recommend to invest in this types of sites.

Most cloud mining sites are scams, but scam or not, cloud mining is almost always a losing investment.

Regarding hashflare.io: even if it looks legitimate, it is still a money-loser.

For each 10 GH/s Bitcoin contract you buy, you will pay $1.20 plus $1.44 per year in maintenance fees. After one year 10 GH/s might mine 0.002 BTC, currently worth about $2.00. You might break even after two years, but it is more likely that you will never break even.
