You have to check on your reason for wanting to use VPN on binance, am from a country that the government aren't in a friendly relationship with crypto-currency but still I don't have a problem using binance without VPN. We all should know that VPN is mostly use to change the location IP of it users and many times it is suspicious to some app when the user uses VPN.
So if you aren't ban in your country from using binance and you are a legit user of the application then I don't think you should be scared of using binance without the use of VPN. But further more I haven't used the app with VPN so I don't know if it's safe to use.

Binance is not ban in my country and i can use it easily but since i have VPN installed in my machine and sometimes if VPN is connected and i open binance too, then i was asking if there could be an issue ?

It is highly risky to use Binance through VPN when you know how they react for small issues like depositing via gambling sites. They freeze your funds until you assure them that you will not do that again. With VPN, locations change as you said, Binance may ask you to go for further KYC process (if not completed before) or may suspend your account for suspicious activity due to their strict anti-money-laundering policy and adherence.

It will be highly appreciated if you can quote the reference from binance where they say that they will ban the account and freeze the funds if we use the VPN. I need it in black n white documented form.

Am sure if he ask is because of a valid reason not because he has something to hide, it is quite simple, your country didn't stop the use of such platform yet even though your government is not crypto friendly, but other countries aren't that lucky, using a vpn does not necessarily mean someone has committed a crime, if there is a need for it I don't see why not, the op can pay for a static vpn to always access Binance that way the ip won't charge constantly.  Undecided

I am not using VPN on Binance but I think it is only safe if you are using Binance from a country where it is legally allowed to operate. If you are using VPN because you are restricted from using the products and availing the services of Binance, then I don't think it is safe or even allowed.

You can still take the risk but don't be sorry if in the near future Binance will flag your account due to violations of its terms. If I'm in a position where I am not allowed to use Binance because of my location, I'd rather look for another exchange than insist on using it with a VPN.

Since twitter is accessible in my country currently only with the use of VPN, whenever i turn on my VPN to use twitter, i notice that after i turn it back off and try to check the market on my binance app, my account has been automatically logged out. To view my portfolio, i'm usually required to log in again. I don't know if any other person experiences this.

In that case, it's not actually risky to use VPN. I guess TOR will also work the same. I'm not sure how things are with binance but nonverified users can't do anything with their accounts but only withdraw

If you are verified anyway there is no point in using VPN after all binance account is linked to 2fa and google authentication which you as a registered user has to put the code in order to login.

I would like to know is it safe to use the binance account through VPN ? The main reason for asking is that since VPN changes locations ( IP of different countires), binance may find it suspicious that one day you are login from one country and other day from another country.
Since they keep track of of our location, will it have any affect on your account ?

Also anyone can share his / her experience of using binance on VPN ?
Why would you want to be using a VPN? Is it because Binance is restricted in your country or something? I avoided binance.us and used a VPN to trade/exchange on binance.com. I had been doing it for months, and never had any problem. They never locked my account even if I logged in from a new IP. Not sure if it was because I had 2fa and email security enabled. But it's useless now. Verification is now mandatory on Binance.com.

Using binance account through VPN is absolutely safe I have tried it for years before and my account was not blocked nor my assets blocked, if you are afraid of changing countries via VPN you can simply choose a specific country and install VPN on this option and it will not change country every time.
But the main problem now remains the problem of verification by KYC, if you are from a restricted country you can bypass the ban through VPN but you can never bypass KYC because Binance will not accept your identification documents if you are from one of the banned countries.

I thought you wanted to use VPN because of security.

As per my experience with Binance, you can uses VPN because as far as I know, there's no written about in their in TOS. And I'm just a regular trader so I'm not exceeding their threshold so maybe that's why they allowed me. But what if you trade with huge amount of money? Maybe it can raise red flag on your account and worst comes to worst, they might freeze your bitcoin, just saying.

Be very careful when using a VPN, especially if you use a financial wallet such as a Binance Wallet or Marketplace and so on. it is better if you are forced to use a vpn then use a secure vpn and use strong security such as passwords that are difficult to detect, the security of the second verification code and so on. after you finish using binance make sure you disable the VPN to keep it safe.

This actually wouldn't be your only problem. What if there are thousands of other people who are using the same VPN with the same IP (because that's what ends up happening with these services), and some of them end up also using Binance to login? Imagine that you're Binance and you see that there are now a couple hundred accounts that were used with the same IP... This may lead to some flag being issued to your account

Don't take just my word for it, just read upon the reports[1][2][3][4] on Reddit about users that got their account frozen. Most of the reports have to due with US citizens trying to access Binance.com because they thought that using VPN wasn't against the terms of service or that Binance wouldn't notice that activity. Having your funds in a centralized entity is already a not very wise choice due to the very little control that you have over them, you don't want to give them any kind of reasons/doubt to lock you out of your funds and start a gruesomeness and slowly support process to have it (un)frozen - or even start the process at all.

I reckon, however, that are some users here on bitcointalk that have been using Binance with a VPN and never had a problem. You can find these examples here (Note:hugeblack seems to have a DEDICATED IP VPN):
I’ve been using Binance for approximately 4 years now, and I’ve always used a VPN; with me hopping country IPs too. Had no problem besides the annoying(but necessary) email verification due to the unrecognized IP.
I have been using Binance with a VPN for 2 Years and I have not encountered any problems, but I can summarize the reasons for your problem as follows:

 - you are using a free VPN, which may be prohibited by the platform.
 - Connecting from US VPN address.

To avoid problems, try the following:

 - Purchase a dedicated VPN address.
 - Avoid contacting VPN addresses from the United States.
 - Try to use the same country every time.
 - remove cookies and edit your local time.
I do believe that if you have setup all additional security measures (2FA for example) it may eventually tune down their "radar" regarding the use of VPN accounts - after all, whenever a friend of mine logs into Binance he's asked to enter a code sent to his phone, to his e-mail and his 2FA - but one never knows what will happen, particullary when we're dealing with "robots".

You can use a VPN but you should make sure to connect only on dedicated IPs because if they found that you are logging in to different countries or become suspicious you will be under their AML policy. They will take some other verification if you are the owner of that account both SMS and 2FA would be needed until you need to submit another selfie verification.

And I believe the Binance is not only detecting IPs they also trying to detect your PC or device through WebRTC and local time. So if your current IP is not matched to your local time and info that they get from WebRTC then they will detect you as suspicious.

So I would suggest being very careful about using VPN, if you want to be safe using them always disable your WebRTC and change your local time every time you use VPN. Use this tool below to help you find any leak from your device.

Well I don't know if this is right but I think it should be using VPN on Binance.
Just don't do it, you will face a problem once you used VPN on Binance. I saw many articles the same on this problem, they have been fucked up because their fund is stuck on exchange. Just read the terms on Binance, they strictly prohibited using VPN.
If you are moving into other countries which you cant access from the country where you created your account on Binance, I suggest accessing your account remotely using the TeamViewer app and asking your relatives or close to you about the device that you will use, a PC much better.

If you don't want to have an headache with your account, just don't use any vpn while accessing your binance account.

Since they keep track of of our location, will it have any affect on your account ?

You've already answered your question that they can do that and it will definitely affect your account.

I dont have any experience about VPN on using Binance but did make out some search and find out something which is before Binance US.
https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/comments/kk08uw/us_vpn_i_messed_up/

They did really make use of VPN and been found out then had violated the terms which caused problems.
For now i dont see any restrictions.

Indeed some countries don't support accessing binance.org, for some reason I'm not sure. However, Binance in my country provides a domain that they have customized and is accessible where I live. Not much different only the ends that they change. This aims to provide access for us which is restricted by the government. But by using an application that you can download, it looks like you no longer need to use a VPN. Have you used the Binance App?

One simple answer: no, but Binance does not explicitly state that they don't want your money. It's just that you can't access the site if you're from the US or other countries wherein Binance is banned. I know a few people who access Binance using a VPN and haven't got their accounts locked, although of course there is always that risk of getting your account suspended since it is already within their terms. To play it safe, I would use Binance in a one and done basis, afterwards I would not look back ever again.
