better in terms of adoption or price? maybe there are still innovations related to crypto in the future ,better with the current broad context still maintaining the existence of bitcoin and I still want to see bitcoin more successful in the wider community ,but also want to see new technology that can compete with bitcoin because of the competition sure will maintain prices

From a technical point of view? I don't see why not.
But from an adoption point of view? It is extremely difficult, next to impossible for any altcoin to eclipse the influence that bitcoin has over the crypto market, especially when it comes to actual usage. A lot of alts may be technologically superior, but they don't have the adoption base that BTC has and the first mover advantage.
It's a trade off for sure. Utility comes not only from the technology.
But from an adoption point of view? Technology is moving and changing and this could happen, although Bitcoin is also changing and they always have an update, we never know in the future, but right now we should put all our support to Bitcoin because this is what started it all, we owe a lot to Bitcoin and Bitcoin has not yet reach its full potential and we have to wait for it to happen.

I think " new " altcoin have small chance to pass bitcoin, in popularity and function bitcoin still the king. Develop old coin with various function is more better than take new idea because new still don't have powerful foundation to built brand/ trade mark. Old altcoin already have it and only need to become innovative and creative, find new idea and adopt it in their system. Altcoin still profitable but always under bitcoin reputation.

what more do you want? altcoin has tried well to compensate and even tried to surpass the ability of bitcoin with the new innovations they present, but the reality is: all altcoin / tokens made to master crypto nothing works. for me, altcoin / tokens will always be bitcoin kids forever.

Yes, don't underestimate human creativity!However, it might not be called "altcoin" since it might have completely different technology. There will be new programming languages, faster and better computers, and a method to solve problems that never been studied before.
At the moment, if the underlying technology is still similar, Bitcoin always will be number one.

I think this is just a trust factor, where the world community or Crypto lovers trust Bitcoin more than Altcoin, even though Altcoin is present with various advanced features. Bitcoin remains the mother of all Crypto, but we are also thankful for the presence various kinds of Altcoin which can be an alternative for us in making transactions.Remember bitcoin can also be considered as the alternative for the gold and its utility coin on its blockchain. None controlled bitcoin makes it able to be compliance with the regulation while altcoin still stuck at the regulation and utility usage. it's much better to know the difference. Bitcoin has not been getting the trust only but it was having intrinsic value;

so far not, and maybe in the future it will also be difficult for altcoin to surpass bitcoin in price. but I personally talk about the technology there will be an altcoin that can be better in its use, because naturally they get development after bitcoin has been successfully created and it makes innovation in altcoin will be more numerous.

They can try that's all they can do, after ten years with thousands of altcoins in the market, there are still no coins in the market that prove that they are the real threat to Bitcoin, although they have strong community and investors support, they cannot get pass Bitcoin and Bitcoin continues to dominate the big slice in the market and I don't see this changing in years.

basically, until now there are still quite a lot of projects developing with the aim of taking the position of bitcoin, but unfortunately, no one has come close to the potential of bitcoin. however, the world of cryptocurrency is the same as the business world, where the weak and undeveloped will be defeated. so, the potential to develop altcoin that can exceed bitcoin still exists today, it's just that many projects are more profitable than quality.

If you thought to surpassing bitcoin price then i have to says it's quite impossible because so far bitcoin can be considered as one of the most expensive cryptocurrency but if in the terms of the price of movements then maybe there will be new altcoins will surpassing bitcoin from speed of increasing price and yes it is profitable if you invest at these kind of altcoins but i think to seeking new altcoin can increase the price rapidly for short term is quite difficult and maybe in this year in the middle of thousands of altcoins only one or several altcoins can able to do that

Better in terms of what? If in terms of transaction speed, yes, and we already have faster altcoins. If in terms of fees, yes, and we already have altcoins offering much lower fees. If in terms of anonymity, yes, and we have much more private altcoins. So in terms of scalability, privacy, and other features we have much better altcoins. But the face of crypto is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the god of crypto. Bitcoin is trusted, used, accepted, owned, coveted, etc more than all the altcoins combined.
What more can we ask for? This is ultimately complete and a strong currency for now, and even fiat cash couldn't overtake what legacy did bitcoin brought to us. Making bitcoin as God of crypto, can't be aligned to that but maybe I believed it was a father of crypto. If somebody can generate something that's more advantage beyond bitcoin's feature, I bet it's too difficult for him unless he is investing the entire saving he had and he should be one of the whales to establish an own cryptocurrency business.
Bitcoin is not ultimately complete as what you've said. It is not the strongest currency because it is in fact more used not as a currency but as an asset or a store of value. Bitcoin needs to develop further for it to become a strong currency. But fundamentally, Bitcoin is already great and we are going to become a better currency someday.

finding a new altcoin that is better than the current altcoin might be possible. But when compared to bitcoin, I think that's a bit difficult. If the price comparison, bitcoin is too far in price, when compared to the community, everyone must be here to know bitcoin and not necessarily with this new altcoin project.
I don't think we need altcoin that can surpass bitcoin, what we need now is an altcoin which can spread crypto adoption well and quickly. Of course, with products that are directly useful in a field. For example, altcoin can be used for agriculture, buying seeds to harvest or other services related to this.

These new altcoins are literally trying to do just this. Offering so much features, proposing to solve the problem that bitcoin currently has and even trying to come up with the upgrade of blockchain which in my opinion is full of gimmicks. Despite all of that, they still can't compete with bitcoin which has less feature and less gimmicks simply because bitcoin just works and reliable. If you are talking about alt that gonna surpass bitcoin in term of market capitalization or market dominance, I can't see any altcoin do that in the near future.

Well its up to what people think on what needed to improve
For now, i would say Bitcoin are a single entity that shouldn't really be compare with Alts because they have different nature
Alts are more flexible and could be use as a utility tokens
Bitcoin is not in this case
Bitcoin are more off a ancient coin where people mainly use as another medium for buying/selling
So the key word "better", is really subjective
I can make an altcoin with 1000x faster transaction speed than Bitcoin, but that doesn't mean my token will have value just because it has a fast transaction speed

Up to now, we have a lot of altcoins better than Bitcoin. Many altcoins have been created to replace Bitcoin in this market, but all failed, although altcoins have faster transaction speeds, cheaper fees, and are easier to use, but no altcoins can surpassing bitcoin in this market. Agree, Bitcoin will forever be the king of Crypto, nobody can match the dominance and power of Bitcoin, the level of trust of Crypto lovers is very high in Bitcoin than Altcoin.
