When btc reaches $38k-$39k is the good time to enter the market because you can buy bitcoin and the altcoin you mention at a low price. But you can enter the market right now as the price has not increased too high and I see the coins you mention are still good to buy. If you think that the trend still increases, you can buy for a small amount while watching the market and buying more if the price is down for a little. There isn't yet the indicator that it will pump up after the recent dip. If there is a reason to believe it could go down to 30,000 it's if we are to look for the bottom of this dip. We all want the price to go up to 100,000 but I'm not seeing a good reason for the price to also go up too. The dip during march 2020 is a lot of a reason for the price to moon but the price today is just frighting holders making holders anxious but not panic sell.

The bitcoin recovery is starting to happen but it needs to be confirmed again waiting for bitcoin can close the candle above the resistance. It seems like bitcoin gonna break 4k rate very soon. If this happen and it may become a good news for anyone in crypto. It's nice to see some greens but I would still be careful buying any altcoins at this point since I have limited funds.
