It is never too late to buy bitcoin. I suggest that you start buying in fractions, putting bits of fiat into bitcoin every week or every month.
its not late to buy bitcoin now for investment or savings buy now and you will be happy to hold the bitcoin for long term investment as your savings for the future you see now at the graph how bitcoin continue uprise in the crypto currency world. so what are you waiting for if have money to buy bitcoin. the profit for sure double your money in the right time.

Not late at all. Maybe this is not the right time to buy Bitcoin for the first time if you don´t like volatility that much, but price will go up after August if the scalability problem is solved. These days Bitcoin price might seem like a rollercoaster but it will eventually stabilise at a higher value so it is definitely not late at all to buy it right now. Just don´t invest what you are not willing to loose, and don´t even think of buying now if you don´t have the nerve to experience high price fluctuations.

Yes,the OP definitely mean is it too late to buy or invest into bitcoin when the price is at the $4000-4500 range. But one thing I study concern the price movement is that the price per bitcoin usually dump by $200 or more when it weekend and my advice to those who really want to make some $$ through bitcoin is to buy or make some invest when it weekend before the market open for the business day. However, if you have a lot of money to invest, and are willing to wait a few years to see the return on your investment, for me Bitcoin is still a great investment, even being a little over $ 4000.

Latest price of Btc is 4011, so I don't think it's too late.I think it's very good time for investing.Because experts are saying that bitcoin will hit 5000$ in this year for sure.So why wait? i will say invest now and join the party.
Time waits for non bro. And I think you have given a right suggestion. It’s never too late. We don’t know how the market will behave in future. So you can never be sure about price of bitcoin. But more chances are that value will be raise. So don’t wait just buy it and start using them in the way you can. And you are saying it is more likely to be 5000$ this year. I think it will be 5000 in next 1 or 2 months. 
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? So irrespective of price, start buying bitcoin now and wait for at least 3-4 years to get magic percentage of profit.

I think bitcoin is very popular compared to altcoin, many become rich because of bitcoin, the price is getting more pantastic day. Maybe the future will be more craze as many investors are interested in bitcoin

You are right, It's not too late to buy and invest in bitcoin, because the price will increase more in the future, and bitcoin will be more popular, so peoples start to enroll the bitcoin community and begin to buy bitcoins, in result bitcoin potential will increase, and automatically the price will increase too. BCC is a fake bitcoin, really i don't like it and i think people like only the bitcoin, So i advise them to do not panic and invest in bitcoin.

If a lot of people learned about bitcoin it would be on demand and the supplies would be limited. The price would increase a lot. If we spread the word of this kind of technology, the prices would surely rise up.
The rules of Economics will not apply here since it is decentralized. If many more people learned about it and demand more of it, then it would likely that the supply will also increase since the its numbers will increase exponentially. As you can see, Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency (digital currency), if traders wanted to invest in it then they would likely to buys Bitcoin using Fiats, isn't it?
If you want to buy today, do not look at the short term goal. Look at the farther point when bitcoin will reach at least $5000 before this year closes. It does not matter whether it seems to be expensive today because tomorrow it will be way more expensive.

Then don't invest. We all want to be millionaires without working but that's not how it works. If you can't afford to waste a lot, keep your savings. That's what any investor with minimal morality will recommend you to do.
Despite the fact that Bitcoin price is high nowadays, i think it is not too late to buy it actually, because it is expected that the price will increase more in the near future. You don't need to buy a whole bitcoin or more, you can buy as much as you can of satoshis.
