It is well worth it. In the short time maybe there will be a correction, however, in the long term you will find $8200 a very reasonable price when the price is doubled or tripled. I guess if you invest now, you are still an early adopter of bitcoin, because the majority is still not on board, you can imaging what would happen when majority of the world is on board, owning 1 of 21 million when total population is 7 billion.

Never to late to buy BTC...however, you might want to study the markets before diving it, a crash is imminent so you might be able to buy in for cheaper...well this is just speculation anyway, the way BTC has grown over the last year, I don't think many people had predicted the surge...it can only go up too...best do your own research before having FOMO and buying in when the time isn't right.

Is bitcoin still a good investment for newbies? Is it worth to pay almost $8200 for 1 BTC today?
I think it is better for you and to others to just wait for the right time, so when is the right time? If bitcoin dump or decreased its price that is the time for you to buy one.

Buying BTC in such a value can already be profitable, however, if you will be buying it for $8,200, it is not very practical because it is too high..wait for some time for BTC's value to descend, that time you can buy then.

For me it is a yes because even if you are a beginner you still have the knowledge of what is happening. And besides buy kust simply buying bitcoins which is very expensive but I think you can afford it and still have an extra cash it is great for you because as the bitcoins pump your moneybwill also grow and the more money eil grow to you because you have a lot of bitcoins that leads for a lot of earnings. It also a little bit risky because that is a lot of cash but let just not forgetbthat this year is the very most successful of bitcoins.
I also think that it is still worth to use such a big amount of money even for a beginner, because bitcoin has the advantage that even a newbie can get a god profit by simply holding it, I do not think that holding bitcoin is a rocket science a newbie can buy some amount of bitcoin and can easily hold it for some time, the effort that is important is to check the price regularly and should also study the market and get expert opinion from time to time which are necessary even if you are simply holding bitcoin.

My friend, the price of Bitcoin is now $9,200. I think you got the answer to your question already. Of course it is worth it to buy Bitcoin, no matter what the price is. Smiley

I think the fact that the price went up $1,000 already since you posted this quire clearly answers your question! Grin
This exactly is the answer to this question, what ever asset that gives you a profit in due time is a good investment,as a investor i would be cautious in investing in a high value market when the price is on a upward trend for months,i would certainly book my profit with a couple of hundred dollars if i am entering at this time but the volatility will give you a good profit.

What does it matter if you are a Newbie or an experienced Bitcoiner?

Either way, you will always need to pay the same amount to buy Bitcoin. Being a newbie does not change this fact all all. You will need to pay $8,200 (well, now $9,200).

I think yes, there is no problem with it. Newbies are don need to buy 1 BTC, they can buy 0.01 btc or less. But they decide to buy bitcoin to get profit or not. The price will keep rise, lets buy bitcoin before halving time comes.

Lol, this question was written like 6 days ago, and we're now $1000 higher--this kind of growth is crazy.  And scary.

Is it still a good investment?  Hell, yes, IMO.  This is by far the biggest bull market of any asset I've ever been witness to.  Bigger than the internet & biotech stock madness of the late 1990s, and that's saying something.  And the answer is that we're not done growing yet.  Sentiment would have to turn very sour very quickly to have a major crash (could happen, BTW).  I don't think it's going to in the near future, so get in while the getting is good.  Likely bitcoin is headed to $10k, and when that happens it'll go a lot higher.  I do expect some resistance around that level and we may get a good correction before then, but who knows.  Go for it.

Edit:  I feel like an idiotic permabull posting such stuff, but that's how bullish we've gotten.  All logic just goes right out the window.

As long as you know the benefits of bitcoins and you have the funds, then there is nothing wrong when you fork out $8200 or the current value which is $9200 for 1BTC because if you faint not , you will reap your profits in due time.

many experts and honourable traders try to predict the price for the BTC to the end of the year and tey all were mistaken! So i do not try to predict this too but I`m in love with the math and the stats)
So looking to the annual ROI of BTC I can loudly say Yes if this money is not the majour part of yuor capital!
If so - You can always by the part of BTC You want)

It's a relative term, I believe that Bitcoin is a going to perform very well in the long run and hence I have some invested amount in Bitcoin but I would not recommend following my opinion. Please do your own research and analyse your risk profile and expected investment returns. Generally, I think that buying anywhere below the levels of $10K is a cheap buy considering the long-term expected gains.

For me yes, because the previous days when you posted it should be bought 1 btc. And hold or invest it and if you buy and you have not sell yet you will be lucky because the bitcoin has reached $ 9000 and the previous days the bitcoin price is $ 8200 so your income over the past week is $ 800 big profit by investing and most investors they use bitcoin and they earn a lot.

The ultimate question! The answer is no-one knows.
But I know each time in the past when I could have bought and didn't, I have regretted it. Look for a local dip and buy.
If you are interested in investing in bitcoin the major question will be the budget and how much you are planning to invest ,the price of bitcoin will deter any new users as the risk involved if there is a crash is really huge and there are many good projects with much lower valuations where you could invest at the moment and plan on converting it to bitcoin rather than investing heavily in bitcoin at this price, that is my advice to new investors who does not have a big bank balance.
