If bitcoin is about to pump it might be hard for jewels to pump too during the same time, may be smart to sell some now and try to buy back cheaper after the btc pump.

depends on the price you bought JWL. If you bought by 1800 satoshi, I recommend you to wait until the price rise more than 3500 satoshi even sit in 3700 satoshi, you'll have immediate profit. Do not expect JWL will rise more than 4000 satoshi. JWL still has a long way to go for the price rise.
4000 sat is only 800 btc market cap and as I type the jewels market cap is already at 553 btc so 4 k is very easy to hit again soon and probably in the next pump.
