if we didnt trade well in spot market , better to avoid using future trade. we have high risk that may occur when we make any mistake , its not tolerate in future trades and we have to totally understand in which level we enter and exit.

Margin trading is associated with a high risk of losing money, so it is also dangerous for both beginners and experienced traders. But unlike beginners, experienced traders, thanks to their knowledge and experience, can significantly reduce the risk of losing money.
experienced trader have good knowledge in spot market so they could applied it in future market , but for beginner better to avoid it.

Hello Everyone.

I want to know your opinion on margin trading is it good for beginners or not? is there any high chance of losing the money?
I think better start step by step to do trading. If me personally will suggest to do spot trading first. At least we wouldn't get liquidated and can hold the coin if in a bad condition or in lose  position. Because in spot trading, as long we not sell our coins yet, we not considered as lose and you can learn about analysis beside trading.

We are supposed to know ourselves then because a reason why a trader suffers losses is of being too confident and pretending that they know everything. We have to stop this kind of attitude as this gives no help but instead this only drives us to a worse end. In fact, even experts can't be consistent in spot trading how much more for noobs.
And for me personally, I'd rather stay where I can see myself was good enough. Trading is not for everyone the same as margin trading.

Whatever knowledge you will be acquiring from books/videos/demo accounts, that will not be enough even for spot trading then I'm not sure how people are getting ready for margin trading. When experienced traders are not consistently making profits in spot trading, it is highly recommended never think about margin trading.
Margin trading is associated with a high risk of losing money, so it is also dangerous for both beginners and experienced traders. But unlike beginners, experienced traders, thanks to their knowledge and experience, can significantly reduce the risk of losing money.
But, if you notice that even pro traders are facing hitting stoploss time to time due to unpredictable volatile nature of bitcoins and all these are based on spot trading. It means even pro traders are struggling for consistency in spot trading then in my opinion also that margin trading is too dangers for experienced traders as well. We better stick within sport trading to eliminate the risks at massive percentage.

A margin account increments acquiring control and permits financial specialists to utilize somebody else's cash to extend monetary use. Margin exchanging offers more noteworthy benefit potential than traditional exchanging, but moreover greater dangers. Obtaining stocks on edge opens up the impacts of misfortunes.

Margin trading also open s or exposes the trader to lost of risk if something goes on. If the trader out of greed begins to trade on high margin, they should remember that they stand the chance of big loses at the end of price hit them negatively. As a trader that wants to do well and profit, you need a gradual process to acquire and build your capital. You also need to take a risk you can manage through money management and stop losses. Expect traders lose hugely too when they don't follow trading ethics and rules

Better save some money first and trade with it. Once you have some experience you can start trading on margin.
But in my opinion, traders never need to go for margin trading if they are caring about their hard earned capital. Spot trading is more than enough for both beginners and experienced traders as margin trading is leading to become greed which must be a very big emotional problem that every trader needs to encounter against. A wise trader must look into the possibilities of eliminating most risk factors, this way spot trading must be a very good option.

When I first started working in this industry, I worked on a demo account with a broker Amarkets. This allowed me to try and work with the strategies I needed.

This is more like asking if newbies without knowledge can start trading automatically. Margin trading will keep you in a big dept and isn't even adviceable for an average trader. For a newbie arbitrary trading can be considered but going into margin trading will first give you the biggest shock because even if you have the skill you haven't mastered your emotions yet.

It is the worst option for a beginner.

Quote
is there any high chance of losing the money?
It is way more risky for a beginner to start margin than to start with spot trading.

By doing spot trading, a beginner can learn how this market works and they can start taking informed decisions so to what they need to keep in mind before making predictions. This is needed to predict whether the market goes long or short.

Only a seasoned trader should put their hands into margin trading. Please do not follow what many exchanges are doing, that is spamming social media with margin trading and such. It is the one thing that will make you lose money, exchanges dont care, they want your money and that is why they promote it.

Learn first, earn later. But if you want an easy way to lose money then by all means go for margin and then be one of those people who call crypto a scam because they lost money doing high risk trades.

Pretty sure you have heard of margin trading at some point. However, not many people know its actual meaning. Margin trading gives you the opportunity to open a position larger than the amount in your account or initial deposit. The higher the return, the greater the risk, so please think twice.

Many factors determine the current risk of your account, margin trading is the most dangerous one, stay away from him.

Absolutely not. Probably the worst idea that you can have.

Margin trading is notoriously difficult to manage even for the best hedge fund managers. It can make you millions one day and you can lose it the very next. Just search up Bill Hwang and the Archegos Capital saga, you'll quickly realise how easily your positions can tumble.

The fact is that you should never use leverage as a beginner, and even as a professional you shouldn't use leverage more than 5x-10x. And heck, these crypto exchanges are offering up to 100x.

I don't agree that it's good for beginners unless you know what you're doing and have some experience. You can get liquidated easily if you use high leverage.

Hello Everyone.

I want to know your opinion on margin trading is it good for beginners or not? is there any high chance of losing the money?
It’s too risky for a beginner with limited knowledge about the market to use margin trading not unless you already have experience using it in other market then you can be good. Margin trading is an advance trading strategy that uses more funds to trade, you also need to setup that position to avoid being liquidated. Stay away if you are still newbie and don’t have any experience yet about margin trading, you can try other trading option.

Depends on what the "beginner" is in this case. If we are talking about a person that is beginner at crypto but expert at trading in the fiat world, then they could start with margin trading, even better than some veterans of the crypto world. However if we are talking about someone who is newbie and beginner then we are should not be considering that person as a margin trader at all and they should stay away at all times for sure.

I personally do not think that anyone should do margin trading, not veterans and not anyone else, margin trading is just way too risky for me and I managed to stay away from it as long as I can, will keep staying away from it as long as I can forever as well. If you want to test it, just do it with small amount of money so that you wouldn't be really losing too much money since it is a quite low amount anyway so you wouldn't care.

Margin is not good for both newbies and members here and outside this market, market sublimation and evaporation can do magic tricks and make thousands of accounts disappear
Margin trading is basically targeting the greediness of traders like trader can make 100x more profits out of their same capital and which is the simple reason why most people are easily getting convinced to get into margin trading regardless of their level of awareness against the dangers of margin trading. I read most of the people are going for margin trading with the expectation of quick profits in very short period of time but market fluctuations are more quicker unpredictable than their target levels which makes their accounts disappear within a blink of eye.

More risk = more profit.
Already crypto trading must be having more risks and on top of that you are adding another level of risk factors when you're opting for margin trading.

No, a beginner should stay away in margin trading since if they don't understand it well their money will be at risk. Newbie traders should stay on spot trading practice their strategy, observe in the market and gain knowledge from it and maybe after they understand how technical analysis works they can then proceed to margin trading. That's only my own opinion about it.
Thanks for your input but I feel newbies will sincerely reject such suggestions when margin trading is a magic in many seasons of the market, the average person can raise their capital many times over with margin and they start to inspire many new people, a harmful advertising for users, curiosity is a knife to all newbies but the warning is more of a condition to encourage them more. Margin is not good for both newbies and members here and outside this market, market sublimation and evaporation can do magic tricks and make thousands of accounts disappear

Hello Everyone.

I want to know your opinion on margin trading is it good for beginners or not? is there any high chance of losing the money?
I would like to say that Trading is risky in general. And as a beginner, spot trading is the most suitable place to stay as we are just enhancing our knowledge and trading skills. Margin trading requires advanced trading skills and this is very hard when you only have limited market knowledge and much more if you are still in the learning process.

More risk = more profit. But I don't keep this kind of thinking and I don't force myself to try it knowing that I don't have the capability to do it rather than to choose those places that I was fit.

No i did not suggest any some to start your crypto trading career from margin trading. I suggest you to start trading with spot trading. On initial stage there is a great chance of losing funds. In spot trading your account did not vanish. Spot trading is a good option for newbies. If you are a professional trader and know how to do technical analysis and fundamental analysis then you can choose the leverage trading or future trading.

Beginners are exposed to a high risk of losing their money even using spot trading. But if you use margin trading, the risk of losing money increases by 100 times. You need to first learn how to trade on the spot market so that the trade brings you profit, and only then start studying margin trading.
