There are a lot of conditions that will halt martingale to be profitable especially at the long run. Martingale needs a huge balance to be able to cover the previous lose. Mostly, people will stop martingale when he/she ran out of balance and in the next session he/she will start from bottom again and not continued his/her last streaks. The max profit on the house will halt martingale aswell.

You can easily bust with martingale in the long run. The short run might give some profit, but that is all luck right there. As I saw some other people say on dice sites. "Don't do martinfail." But who knows you could get lucky, but its the same as normally gambling.

The martingale gives very little profits at a very good odds
but it eventually always loses because you keep doing it

the martin gale is a terrible system if you have enough funds to do it right and you need a lot
why would you care about winning such a small amount of funds

It can give you very large profits also at good odds but if gamblers keep relying on this method, in the long run they might lose their bankroll.

I think that a lot bankroll is strategy of martingale
but it hit a lot to gain slightly

It is not really profitable because you only win a small amount and have the possibility to lose all your money. I think the best way to such dice game is not to be greedy enough.

I have tried this system many times and it brings me and overall positive result. Mostly I use this in dice, but for analytical purposes I am gonna share my knowledge about this system. I believe that this system is not profitable as long as their is a house edge.

Martingale is just an illusion. I have run a lot of tests on dice sites and there is absolutely no difference how big of a bankroll you are going to use sooner or later you will hit a big losing streak and everything will be gone. I have even tried to run a test overnight with a starting amount of 1 satoshi and in the morning there was always a red spree that had wiped out all profit.
That actually is right, I see some people who think like this : If we have lost 10 bets consecutively they think that winning next ( 11th bet ) is almost certain. But in actual that has winning chance of the odds ( usually 50% ).

How many more and these threads does there have to be? Martingale is only profitable in the short term, eventually you will hit 20x losing streaks and get cleaned out.

First of all let me say this. On the long run, you WILL bust. The only way for you not to bust is having an infinite bank roll with no limitations (as max profit per bet) in place by the casino you are playing. It can be profitable short term but again (as with any "strategy"/"method") on the long run if you continue rolling you will reach a streak that will bust you. So you need to know when to stop for it to be profitable.

Martingale is profitable indeed. But if you have a very low bankroll, I doubt it will continue to profit. Your bet in martingale is rising exponentially, and you know that's too much even if you start with the lowest bet (i.e. 1 bit), it will still go super high when you encounter a loss streak.

last time i'm using a sort of martingale whit dice, i start bet higher when i hit 5x consecutive green, after that i switch the side (if it was under 49.50 i put over 50.50), in 2 days i made about 0.10 whit a max bet of 0.04. Thsi won'twork forever, so i stopped and i'm happy

how much bitcoin did you start with? i mean the initial bet amounts

i sometimes do a similar thing just to mix things up with martingale strategy and sometimes i have a better luck, but important part is to get out after a short time before you start seeing losing red all the time.

How many of you have used the Martingale System for Gambling ?
Is it profitable ?
Share your experiences with it below !
No, but it depends on your luck. If you are lucky, then yes. I occasionally use martingale system, and I found that it is not profitable if you do not have big bankroll. Well, it still depends on your luck, though.

First time I used Martingale I thought I invented it.  Smiley I thought now I know how to make money, not much but a small guaranteed amount every day. Several days it was working fine for me until one day when I had 14 reds in a row betting with 50% win chance. Of course I lost everything I won previously.

There's no profitable method in gambling that's why it's called gamble because if there is, it should be renamed to investment Smiley

I have said this many times. Follow a good tipster, that you know his/her winning history is great. Bet always double the amount, no matter the odd being lower than 2, in the long run this is called investment and not gambling. But one true point here for Martingale is to be able to control yourself and have a large bankroll. I am talking about sportsbook.
Now finding that right tipster is extremely difficult, and thats the most difficult part of when trying to apply this system.
I know many people have lost even when following tipsters but thats because of their greed, greed destroys everything everywhere, in gambling or not.

I have only bad experience with martingale. Always going busto Sad

That's normal, even if they say that martingale is a strategy, though I think its not, you still need luck.. its just good to hear that when your small bet was busted you have to double it and you will gain back your loses, but you don't know if until when your bank roll can sustain it..
