In my opinion, Monero is very profitable. Monero has a higher possibility of remaining competitive in the cryptocurrency market. This is because it is on the StackExchange which totally increases its already booming public source code repository.
I think this year the price of Monero will grow slowly and better invest in ETH.

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.
Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.
So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?
I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Any coin could be good investment when you buy and sell at the right time, and XMR is very good for long-term investment..
In my opinion ,It is a good investment because Monero’s quiet, stable, spendable nature makes it an excellent coin to invest in. Privacy will be at the top of their list, and in that respect, Monero is the undisputed king.
Is Monero a good investment? Sure, many experts believe that this year a very dynamic growth of anonymous cryptocurrencies is awaiting. That's why Monero, Zcash and Dash are very attractive tokens to invest at the moment.
I think monero is good but not for the main cryptocurrency on your portfolio, i divide my investment into several category and monero is my choice for privacy coin. Tax authorities or state services cannot obtain information about the coin owners. Any personal data is hidden.The currency has prospects.

Monero is one of my favorite coins, totally agree !I hold some XMR for long term, as I think it will reach 700$ easily during next few years
It is possible to achieve in the future, but in this market, it will not happen. Its value remains to be developed.

Technically is hard to pick a year that Monero improved most. Simply because when was launched in 2014 had so many things to improve. Basically is right now totally different coin as it was in 2014 and as bytcoin is. But yes what you mention were/will be huge add-ons to Monero. All helping with adoption. But of course adoption will happen with delay. Such tech improvements dont make instant effect as some adding to big exchange or something similar.
