I think now is the best time. Buy as soon as possible because it will rise indeed after halving. I'm not saying the price will be doubled but I'm pretty sure we will never see below $500 after the halving.

1) BTC pumps after halving. Then it is a great time to buy.
2) BTC goes sideways (same price) after halving. Then it don't matter much.
3) BTC goes down after halving. Then it was a bad time to buy

i see 90% bitcoin member trust bitcoin will be pump before/after block halving done. so i think buying bitcoin now is still good, we can sell it in higher price and earning some profit .

Well it is not the ideal price like it was last year but yeah since the time has passed we missed the train of 200s and 300s, so better now buying at ~450 and hope a better price
If you are thinking that price will fall in recent time then it will not happen, price is moving up slowly, so I think everyday is good day for buying some bitcoins.
Well, given that you're looking to store it I'd say that the entry price doesn't make that big of a difference. But I think it'd be wise to wait and see if the current price level is sustained for longer. It's likely that it'll fall several times before the halving again.
There is no one who will tell you what price will be tomorrow or even in one hour.

No, not is the right time to buy bitcoin, you must need to wait first the price fall of bitcoin, but I think that will happen for just a short time
so you need to get your eyes on checking it daily before buying.
I'd have to agree, since the block halving is coming close, more media attention, and a couple big companies starting to accept BTC, the price has a very reasonable chance to rise IMHO.
This isn't a rule set in stone tough, i'd never invest more lifesavings than i could afford to lose, not even with BTC.

If you have a budget of buying 5 bitcoins, then I think this is the best time to buy as price is not too high at a moment, and you can expect higher value at the time of halving.
