A very smart person will always watch the news with regards to bitcoins and when he see that there is bad rumor about bitcoins, that’s when they enter or invest in bitcoins because that’s when a lot of people tend to sell their BTC and drive the price down which makes it cheaper to buy and then hold for some tine to make your profits.
I take issue with the term ‘Bitcoin bubble.’ It causes panic. It implies Bitcoin may ‘pop’ and cease to exist -- forever. This fear paralyzes the mind. You see your hard earned money popping -- vanishing in an instant -- and all further thinking instantly stops. The visual is so simple, so powerful, we accept it as true. But what if it’s false? What if Bitcoin isn’t a bubble? What if Bitcoin is something else -- and our minds are too paralyzed to see it?
Do not listen to that bad news as these people do not know that how better is bitcoin as an investment if you will rely on these news then you will not be able to earn the expected profit from bitcoin and at the end you will regret for your false decision.
There is no specific time as the best time to invest in bitcoin, if you are having plans to enter the market, just monitor the market and enter when the price is low rather than entering when the mean price is higher, if not the risks are higher and since the price is over $9k taking chance means you are risking a huge amount of money and that will be the mind set of some people. 
At this moment bitcoin price are climbing higher but i just want to say that everyday in crypto world is the best time to buy and invest in bitcoin. Every time is a good time to invest but if you buy bitcoin in a higher price there is only a little profit if you didn't hold it for a long period of time. So, be in a hurry to buy bitcoin when the price slightly drop.

Of course it is best to buy for bitcoin this time while the price is yet lower than last year when the price striked to 20000 dollars. Do not wait too long because this price now will not back to 6000 dollars. I think this is the beggining of the price to hit in the market. So basically you are calling bitcoin a bubble and firmly believe it to explode and vanish someday in near future. But you should accept this that bitcoin is the most powerful bubble and has amazing survival strength. Many a times in the past it was expected to explode but that never happened sadly due to which now I feel like maybe it is not even a bubble because it has damn opposite properties or at least it is worth investing. the lightest touch of an outside force and this once glorious little vision of rainbow water and soap — ceases to exist.

There is always a good time to enter into bitcoin.... Bitcoin will be at its peak between June 1 and June 15 ... I may be wrong, but thats just me !
Now is the perfect time to enter the price is not sonfar from it's lowest point and it's making progress and begining to make some good numbers so it is the perfet time to make money.

In my opinion, just buy today and wait for the price to rise up. Curently, the price is still low if you will check the trend last December 2017.

As the price is still low, I think it is the best and right time to buy bitcoins. Participating in buying bitcoins makes the price of bitcoin to increase the price as it also increasing the percentage of demand. Bitcoin market involves also the supply and demand strategy.

The best time to buy or enter bitcoin was in 2009, when btc was very cheap, only a few cents. 
Of course, we couldn't join at that time because we didn't hear about bitcoin rght from the beginning.

I still think that even today is very good time to buy bitcoin but we have to be aware that the return time of the investment has significantly increased.
So, bitcoin is now for investors who are here long term and can wait.

I believe, since the day you learned or heard about bitcoin is an opportunity to be part of it, and opportunity is always has a promise to lead you into success.
I always say that whatever the price of bitcoin,it's always the best time to invest in bitcoin.We should not wait for any dips anymore since bitcoin price is gradually increasing day by day.And it would our best regret if we still pass this day without any investment made in bitcoin.
The value of the bitcoin as of this time continue to rise and it is not getting cheaper but those can afford to buy it then it is better to do it now before it climb past the $10000 level. Demands on the top cryptocurrency is also continue to go up as more investors are coming to try their luck on this coin. This initial bullishness of the bitcoin market might be prelude to the upcoming summer bull that may happen in July.
Just now, I saw a piece of news, "The founder of the Bitcoin Foundation stated that in May this year it will be bitcoin last lower than 10,000 $." I think that buying bitcoin now will have a good return. 
For me I think today until the end of this year is still a good time to invest considering the bitcoin not yet recover of the highest margin losses because i still believe bitcoin will hit more than the $20K in the coming years.

Ut is always the best time to go buy and enter bitcoins ad long as they are not at the moon again because if you enter bitcoins when they are on the moon it is gonna be a suicide mission because you are much more tend to lose rather than to gain. So as long as the bitcoins are in a lower price the door is open and it is an opportunity for us to enter that is the greatest time because if the value are lower then the price will tend to go higher rather than to go lower so we will gain profit rather than losing one.
