Just entered back to bitcoin. Looks like it will be heading to $18,000 before CME starts. New money will be entering soon. $20,000 in December.
Bitcoin prices plunged from $4900 to $3300 withing pan of few days. Now some news-points from bitcoin world are claiming this price plunge was planned. Check following links:

Now without going into whether above claims are true or not, my concern is "Isn't this is the right time to enter the bitcoin market or purchase few more". There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.
What do you think, is this is right time to buy some more bitcoins or wait and watch?

At present, the price of BTC is 16,000 USD, the exchange rate is not much, so the investment in BTC at this time is not recommended. You should consider investing in altcoin because altcoin rates increase very well. So investing in altcoin is never too late, you should watch the altcoin exchange rate and invest in this currency immediately after the price drops.
Now is definitely not the best time but it is useless to think like that, unless you are a time traveler there is no use, you must only decide if now is a good time or not and I would say that now is a good time to buy bitcoin, i feel that the price will increase towards $20000 before the end of the year and then upwards towards 50k or maybe more in 2018.
From the past few months when bitcoin price was at $4000 I've realized that it is always the right to buy bitcoin. When bitcoin price was at that value I always think that it is not the right time to buy because that time for me its already a huge amount. But as you can see now bitcoin price is at $16000. Imagined if I didn't get scared before maybe I earning more profit.
Now is the best time to invest if you haven't done so, i see bitcoin rising as high as 50k before the of next year.

Yes this is the best time to invest in the bitcoin, because the demand of bitcoin is rising with every minute and value of bitcoin is increasing as well. A think tank of united states who predicted in june 2017 that bitcoin will go as high as $25,000/- has predicted again that in first 3 months of 2018 bitcoin will touch $45,000/-. So if you haven’t invested in bitcoin so far, then you have already wasted a lot of time. It’s better to invest ASAP.

Yes it is NOW the best time to be part of bitcoin world. Everyday it opens the opportunity to get as all more wealthy someday. As we all know bitcoin price is unpredictable. I think yes this is the right time because of the successful career they are giving to us. Their price almost tripled within a year, how successful was that. And that means bitcoins are a great investment and even if the bitcoins price are on the moon we can still have a chance to join ut is still not too late because bitcoins are still growing and this is just like the beginning of their career of being the most successful digital money that are existing in this world. So before it is too much late buy now and join the community be succ in life and be rich with bitcoins
Whenever, when it's best, it's never too late to join bitcoin, because the bitcoin price movement is always good. If there is a moment of descent, then only temporarily high again and become better.
