In my country, Gambling is not legal. Gambling illegal means it includes both online and offline. But they allowed for offline gambling that too only one place it's an island there we can play and cash out there only. In online gambling which can stop there are a number of sites we see on the internet so they can block sites and few sites may open for us so online gambling is prevalent in everywhere.

obviously physical casinos is illegal in my country but i was never know about regulation of online gambling in my country but my thought seems yes it's illegal too but as long as I do not get into trouble regarding my activity for using online gambing i think it's fine

It is illegal in our country, there are many people arrested because they get caught playing online gambling. So we need to be careful when playing an online gambling. Even though bitcoin gambling is anonymous, but once you get caught by policeman then you cant do anything.

All most all country gambling is illegal only except America. I don't know it is common in America, but we see a lot of casinos there. In my homeland also it is illegal but here no one care about this we see a lot of hidden gambling house in all places in my homeland. So it is illegal, but it will not effect on gamblers if we do any white transaction then the only government will ask.

That's actually a question I've never thought about before. I don't know and i don't really care as long as the site carries on operating for me. Guess I'll know when they shut out my ip or they themselves get shut down. it's very illegal in china and by the sounds of it that ain't stopping them.

Some gambling games are legal to my country,

But if you are referring to online gambling games then most certainly there are only few games that are not allowed,

But as far as I know there is no strict ordinance that authorities follow and implement to put charges against gamblers here, as some or mostly the authorities here d also love gambling. LOL

In my country for now there is no clear law about online gambling, but there is one interesting story about it. Administration for luck games ( lottery and everything else ) said that foreign sites on internet didn`t get permission from them to work in Serbia. For now that didn`t pass in parliament, and commissioner for information of public importance said that for now just high court can forbid that.
For now everything is allowed in my country, and I don`t think they will forbid it. Even if they do, that will be just cause of monopoly, they will open their sites and we can play only there. Or big sites will need to be registered and pay some taxes for that. Government in my country like to earn money, and everything is allowed if you are rich.

No my country forbid any online gambling, they put blocker to our ISP to filter out the gambling site, but luckily the government hasnt blocked he bitcoin gambling sites, so its a very convenient way for me to do online gambling using bitcoin

Here we are allowed to some extent to gamble, but the government has decided to implement new rules to make them able to tax gambling better.
Which means more taxes for casino's which will forward it to the gamblers. It's really sad the government think they can just tax everything.

I have to agree with you that it is problematic and can become an addiction which is really bad and could have a big impact on someone's life.

Can gambling online be a legal problem in your country? (which country)
So far there's no problem about online gambling in my country but they might put a law in the future.

the laws can only affect the casino owners if they have registered their site in the country and they are known by the government.

for the users it wouldn't matter because we are using bitcoin which can be anonymous if we want to and also to access the casino website you can always use a vpn.

but i would say that even if the country legalizes this. i don't think online gambling casino owners would still rather have their casinos anonymous and illegal. that way they would profit more.

in case it becomes regulated then staying anonymous for bitcoin casinos that are working online also means they will not pay any taxes. and that can help them a lot in their earning money but also it may cause lack of trust in their system because it is not legal yet.
