The difference between PV / MTV and Ponzi schemes is that they have there also a casino, PTC website , Tasks and more options.
However, their policy is very confusing ..

This somehow prove PV/MTV  isn't a ponzi. Just like I said before, they get their revenues through games (casino), ads (ptc), fees, etc. and they are transparent about it. I don't get why people still think its ponzi

it's a hybrid ponzi. it's impossible to make that much profit to payout 130 (or 115%) in time. that's why the run so long, well not really since it's the 2nd debt swap this year. they can't sustain and people stop advertising their service = less fresh money. I wouldn't give them a cent at this point

I respect your opinion, still I believe they're not some sort of ponzi. BTW regarding to their condition right now, I will agree with you. I can really see they won't be able to survive anymore due to lack of new users and some issues. I also wouldn't trust them again right now, unless Jo will go back Cheesy

Paidverts have just done a debt swap on account balances which eased the liquidity issues caused by the previous employees. I believe that majority of the payments have been paid requested after the swap and they aren't a scam site. Just take care to invest as the ROI time is very long.

no, they're illiquid (stated in a forum post the other day)

paidverts/mytrafficvalue went full scam mode. consider your "investment" as a loss

Now this is confusing. You are saying they are accused of being a scam site but the post right above me are saying they are paying and he received the payment in bitcoin  Huh
Which one is it?

In The world of PONZI, some get paid and some don't. So, it is both to answer your question

alright, here's my experience with them:

I "invested" $10 in bitcoin earlier this year in their 130% ponzi thing. Eventually I got paid to my account  two or three weeks ago.

tried to withdraw, did never happen. I knew they where illiquid at this point, followed the forums and there is a post stating that in fact they are not able to pay.

instead, they came up with a super intelligent solution to just swap MY MONEY WITHOUTH MY CONSENT to their worthless shares. 1 share = 0.01 in the market, yet they swapped MY MONEY for $0.10 per share. needless to say that this is a typical exit scam from ponzis.

I'm just saying my experience with the site , its really paying (My last withdrawal was months ago though) but I think he's basing his accusations on the issues on MTV recently.

Anyways , it seems they are still paying : http://www.mytrafficvalue.com/forum/news/22nd_nov_daily_news/1.html#p468640

So paidverts is still working fine e?  I used to be active in there but ended up quitting due yo many ads to click just to get cents from them. They allow Bitcoins, Paypal, Perfect Money, Payeer, Western and etc. So yea,

I haven't heard too many complaints against PaidVerts recently, but I stopped as well since I got a bit fed up with the same matter. There are plenty of people on the forum who use faucets for many times less than it, though, so I don't know why they aren't using it yet.

From what I learned by using them for a short while, am I right in saying that it's a ponzi? Pay $1, get $1.55 worth in ads.

PV is a PTC and revshare site, not a ponzi but some revshares (or should I say most) were ponzis nowadays Cheesy I doubt PV is a ponzi though, they earn revenues on ads, fees, games, etc. They have actually stats for their daily revenue( posted daily on the MTV forum)

The former owner of PV stole a lot of money from them, and messed up the books really badly. They just discovered this recently, but they are taking steps to clean it up. I think they are going to get it back to normal in the next couple of months.

Jo (former admin of PV/MTV) have a different story, he said he was the one being robbed by MTV. That me confused on the and I don't know who am I going to believe, that's why I just quit PV/MTV.

Also the site have issues right now, Jo even said the site will go bankrupt soon.

Yup I can vouch they are paying as I am a previous investor on PV/MTV, the only problem is it will take a week or more processing cash outs recently due to some issues. My very last withdrawal there took 2 weeks to reach on my bitcoin wallet. The cash out fees on bitcoin were also quite high. But as I said , they are legit.

That is a complete lie.. Ponzi schemes do tend to tell sugar coated words to cover up their collapse.. expect a maintenance and it won't be coming back.. ALL HYIP will be collapsing, consider PV and MTV  dead in your book.

This. The only reason that Paidverts prospered was because it targeted audiences that didn't know about ponzi schemes and wanted some money, quick. Now that people are getting smart and alerting others to the scam, more and more people are dropping out and Paidverts is going to play a card (whether it be closing down or creating a new version) soon.

They already did this. All deposited money they change for their shares with price $0.10. After that price was 0.01 . So if someone have $100 get $10 in shares. SICK!
That SWAP pass, and now everything is coming on the right track..

But yes. For watching ads they pay in $ but you can withdraw BTC
