Actually it is been manipulated but i can't believe it because i have heard many people saying it is impossible to manipulate the price of ripple as it more like a business related coin. This manipulation is surely done by some big investor. I'm totally sure they are going to pump it way more higher so it's better if you buy some now

The price of Ripple seem to be skyrocking...but my instinct have never TRUST ripple, because of its centralization and the chances of it being manipulated...what do you think guys?

We have the same opinion but if you want quick profit ripple is the coin to invest, the people behind ripple are profit driven so they are doing everything to hype their coin,we just need to ride on that to make a profit.

Yeah, I think a lot of the ripple coins are still controlled by developers if I recall correctly. It is definitely very volatile lately which is a day traders dream I guess.
That is correct, Ripple is a centralized coin.
And as such why is interesting to people? I meant to say BTC is interesting because it is decentralized and in certain limits is anonymous. Some slaves are too accustomed to slavery and they are confused wich way to go,  they don't wan't freedom, they are scared from it.

if you hold thousands of ripple now in your desktop wallet who the hell can track you when its always like bitcoin still, they can trace everything but they don't know your name. who cares. what you should be caring is profit. this is not about honor. no one cares about honor. greed only know winners.

and ripple a.k.a XRP is wining this game.

i bet you will end up broke with that dumb attitude  Cheesy

And yes.. it's by design.
What do you call it when Ripple inc "releases" more coins ?

And XRP won what now ?
The only coin fined by FiNCEN ? yeah congrats LOL

This is truth for traders this is nice opportunity, nice good old PnD. But i'm talking about idea behind it's use, we all know how centralization is dangerous and who controls money supply. And now when we have chanse to change something, people don't want to change. I hope this false security won't kill our basic idea!?

The price of alt coins can be manipulated but looking at the volume we have with ripple it is hard to determine whether there is any manipulation that can work, either you have to shell out huge amount of money and yesterday we had massive support wall in the coin and then the price came down.

.. the price is increasing because they can artificially increase the supply..

If they increase supply, you have inflation. The coin becomes less valuable. This is economics 101.

Isn't this the case with all alts? They are manipulated every now and then by so called whales or another entities that we may have no idea about.
But at least Ripple grew up with some kind of news behind, so lucky were those who rode the pump till the end and made 300%.

With this remarkable jump of over 300%, Ripple is close to dethroning the Ethereum (ETH), which ranks 2nd in the market in terms of market capac- ity (marketcap), as shown in coinmarketcap.com. Today, Ethereum (ETH) has a market cap of 8.448 million dollars, and is trading for $ 90 in the main exchanges.

Faced with all this race that is taking place in the market of crypto-coins, nothing is predictable, and may even that at the moment you are reading this matter everything has changed.

Lastly, Ripple's transaction volume has risen to something equivalent to more than $ 366 million over the last 24 hours.

i totally understand someone who says its centralized specially if they haven't ride the pump since the time where price was just  $0.02. it stayed too long in that 0.02 price actually, you just didn't noticed it even when its on top of the coinmarketcap the entire crypto market has established. sorry to say but i think its not too late for you. price is still less than $0.20.

We don't really know. But the pump was cause by whales and dump it quickly. Good thing i pulled out quickly. So i have earned some profits from that. I see this coin has a good future. I will buy again when the price drops again. I know it has a future. Its also cheap.

I just did a bit of research and came up with the same conclusion. Any centralised currency, be it fiat or crypto can and will be manipulated at some point. It always has and always will be. Greedy human behavior hasn't changed in a million years, why should it now?

It might sound harsh, but your opinion does not matter in the scheme of things. You never believed in the project so why bother yourself? When the price was going low, you tell yourself 'its a shit coin, I know about this that's why I am not intereted' when the price is now increasing, you Ade clamouring manipulation, iin which you never believed in.

Totally right, The price gets pump a lot yesterday and just take some hours to gets dumped back to the early price.

Ripple almost same with the gold, Bankers has taken the steer.

Everybody knows if ripple is a centralized currency. It's easy to get manipulated by another parties.

I never give my consideration for its coin.

Looks the recent pump has fooled a lot of newbies.
