Illegality, while important is not the paramount consequence. If you're on this forum trying to commit fraud or promoting screwing over others then we, as a community, should ostracize you. We should follow you and harass you for as long as you continue to try to fraud others. If you stop, we will stop, but we won't allow you to conduct your crimes in our community!

I do have speeadsheet I got with list of people and their details including their credit cards and I want to sell it.
I hope you eventually become a victim of identity theft, and the scumbags like yourself take out credit cards/loans in your name, put you in a deep financial hole, then resell your info to other scumbags.
But seriously it is very unethical to sell this kind of information (you can ignore the legal consequences). You are forcing people to go through hell for months trying to clear their identity of all the fraud you have caused.

if you really wanna do it though, try taking it to the derpweb. torchan is probably your best bet. somebody on there will probably want to buy. just be careful with it, whatever you do. law enforcement is everywhere.
What would you help someone defraud others? Seriously, I don't care about it being illegal as much as I care about it being plain wrong.

Just remember that if you are a law enforcement officer and you are doing a set up, that its illegal in some countries.

LOL I would doubt that the OP is law enforcement. I don't think there is that large of a market for this type of illegal information on this forum for law enforcement to setup (or try to setup) a sting operation. Better luck next time.

I don't think the OP is trying to sell the credit card numbers, but rather the identities of the people who have credit cards. Although not as illegal I still think doing this would be against the law and not allowed on these forums.

I find it unbelievable that anyone would want to obtain this kind of information let alone want to pass it on to others for their own benefit and to cash in. This is illegal in most Countries and is strongly frowned up on. I definitely wouldn't even advise you selling these kind of details on.

Your an asshole for keeping that, how would you like it if someone kept a spreadsheet with your information and credit cards on it? Its a crime in every jurisdiction as far as Im aware (as its theft).

Laws in the US prevent you from doing this and there would be no way around it. With anything like this obtaining and selling a database of people's credit card details I would has it a guess is strongly frowned up on in many places as it can lead to fraud. I can not see it going well for you either if they where able to link back to you some how that you sold the details to whoever bought the database.

The credit card company will figure out the pattern and deduce where the leak come from.
