I just weird, is it difficult to solve a problem? And OP, how much btc which has been frozen in your account?

If we're talking about 2016-2017 sportsbet.io, I could have trusted that service/website, but if this is the recent sportsbet.io then I think I don't and won't ever be using it again due to the numerous complaints they have had for the last couple of months. They have never delayed any withdrawals in the past and has a pretty cool points system back then, but now it seems that they are slowly losing credibility and passion on what they do unlike back then. There is always nitrogensports.eu if you really like to do some sports betting (and I'm not promoting them in any way.)
Sportbet suffered to make huge withdrawals in the past as well,you can see their feedback for this settlement happened after weeks and months so this is shady behaviour in my opinion.

I would personally not use Sportsbet.io for this reason, because they seem to arbitrarily ask for identification.
I've always said that if a service wants identification, they need to make it clear when you deposit, and better yet, ask for your identification before you are allowed to even deposit into your account. From what I've heard sportsbet does neither, and leaves a lot of customers unsatisfied.
While I wouldn't go to the lengths of calling them a scam yet, it is quite clear that they're not to be fully trusted especially with higher amounts, as reflected by their trust score on the forum. Unfortunately the only chance of recourse right now is probably to provide the ID that they require, even though it may not be a great outcome for you, as you essentially have committed to their terms and conditions when you deposited and they'll just cite that.
I'd personally rather deposit KYC on a fiat casino than submit KYC documents to be able to deposit and withdraw crypto on a crypto-based casino. Despite the excuses some sites around here have given for it, KYC's still mostly used as a way for the casino to prevent a winner from withdrawing money in crypto- sad but true.
Contacting the site directly or on this forum is the best course of action you can take from here. Hopefully you're at least able to get your initial deposit back.

I hope the OP will communicate with him as soon as possible before everybody is giving their own point of views.
Better directly contact them and if he's not satisfied with the support he's getting, then, he can create a thread in the scam accusations board.

I deposited x amount, I won y amount, x+y=my withdrawal amount. Then why there is a need for KYC by blocking a user account?

Try contacting support and see what they have to say. The person few post above seems to represent sportsbet.io. His account is already tagged with negative feedback. Should have read that before depositing over there. The feedback seems to based on this thread. Go through the whole thread and you will get their explanation of blocking his account. Did you do KYC in their site? I think there is miscommunication between you and them. Or maybe you can complain in their thread as ralle14 mention before. You can tell with details for what you did before and makes your account frozen. I hope you can get your account back and you can solve the problem.
I'm an old user, had few problems here and there but was fixed. From my observation, experiences are different from every user because their rules changed over time.
