I dont believe this bubble will go above 200

It went to $266 already. What you are seeing now is a retrace. Nothing is a bubble until it zooms 5 or 10x higher than anything seen before, at least.

Really? Why 5 or 10? Why not 42 or 3.731?

Yep 42 or 3.1415926535 or anything like that, but not 0.55 of previous high

Yup, Bitcoin is probably the most manipulated market in the world right now
So much for Currency 2.0 ... it's just the same shit, different masters, except in this case the bulk of the wealth is held by an even smaller number of people. If they would like to identify themsleves and their agendas (other than getting 'rich') I might be more inclined to support it
As it is I just see a bunch of sharks preying on fear and trying to profit from suffering
Good luck to you ...

I'm not an experienced trader, but this post expresses exactly my feeling about bitcoin.

Ingenuity of its design when it comes to decentralization and cryptography is not questionable. But I think more thought should have been put into the rules about wealth distribution. The new crypto-owner class are way below even the infamous 1%. I think this will be the biggest obstacle for wide adoption of btc.

Who's to say it was even a bubble at all?

I feel it was just uncertainty that led to the rapid decline, people are still unfamiliar with Bitcoin.

Look at the bottom after the huge bubble. Bulls went to war at $50 pumping $100 million(?) into bitcoin. Then again we came to retest that number at about $60ish and we rebounded. If there ever has been a solid foundation for bitcoin it's been set. Even if it were to try and break lower those with massive investment could easily manipulate the market higher to defend/escape their position.

i think the next real bubble should burst after $1.5k so I'm confident buying right now.

+1

maybe even a little higher, right around 2k...

I agree, but the currect run up was too fast... We are not yet ready for a new bubble.

We will see people selling of a little but because they were burned when they bought above 100 USD.

I gues we will see a drop to 110 USD in the near future

we're in the beginning phases of bubble 3.0. this time we will reach $434 before crashing.

Once the price reaches 260$ all those losers, who bought for 260$, will dump their coins.

I don't know.  People are not that patient in general.  I think many that purchased above $200 were upset when they did not make a quick profit and then sold at a loss.  Maybe they are even buying now that it is rising again?  It is hard to say.  I think many of us have been buying all along though.  I have purchased but not sold any.  I don't have a huge amount by any means, but I just like have some as a way to diversify investments.

Everyone seems quite convinced we're going to to 200+... I wouldn't be surprised to see it fall back to 100-120 next week. It went up too fast again... it needs to happen more gradual.

Someone pumping 2.5m usd into the market will only make the price go up for a short time. It is not sustainable unless there is a lot of new interest or ground breaking news.

It can go up to 200 usd before people start understanding that the recent increase in price was manipulated.
If the price keeps increasing, why would people sell now?
