Im happy to see bitcoin break the $4000 level we see some improvement from the last past few days if this little by little increased continue Im sure we can see $5000 again butnow just enjoying the increased because we cannot know if this level will stay for longer.
For me crypto is not moving, how we can invest for a long term if this is all happening. I think this is the right time to invest but I have still the doubt because of bitcoin slow moving price.

The market has not fully improved, but now the market is slowly increasing. To start a long-term investment, you should start now. You can buy top coins or coins with low trading volume. If you start now I think you can get coins at cheap prices.

I think we are already in buy zone for long term investing. Even now price is very cheap for buying. It will hard to find exact bottom and buy waiting for that make missing the bottom. The decision should be done by you according to your requirement.

I don't think the little improvement we are seeing is due to investors having confidence in ICOs again. I think it is due to overall improvement in the entire market and some are throwing few bucks into it with the hope of making profit alongside the market condition

Bitcoin prices increased last time to 4000 not much but it is still an improvement IN PRICE. I actually don't understand a bit if OP was referring to improvement in price or it as its usage. As of its usage, its still the same I think. Not many people buy stuff using it. Mostly are traders.
