Yes, quitting gambling can be a safest way for your bankroll and for your emotions too. One of my friend got hyper blood pressured due to his losses with gambling. He lost his money as well as his heath conditions. So, staying away from gambling can be more safer way for better life.

If you want to gamble and be safe, don't gamble

There are no 100% win gambling ways or strategies, it's always luck based games, you can't find strategy there, try to bet small amounts but i'm not sure if that will work

I have done this a couple of times in controlling my betting and the amount that I will spend in gambling I have lessen my losses since then and it is now OK for me to accept if I loss because it is just small amount if all that amount lose then I try again some other day or the day I could play.

There is of course. You dont need to play that much, you must play with small amounts and that is very important.
I hope that more people will do it and that they will not lose that much money later in the future.

That is what I have been doing, all the time that I play gambling I just play with just a small amount at hand then if that amount lose I just go home and it is OK with me like there's nothing happen, I am not frustrated in losing because of that small amount.

Indeed, like almost every one is saying here is that gambling is always a risk, and if you gamble you are taking the risk to win money but also lose money.
There are no safe methods because its luck you need, its all or nothing if you ask me.
Although in fact you can gamble a sort of safe because you can always use low bets and play games that require less more luck, like poker in my opinion.

Yes, I agree that from sports betting we can make some decent profit but you need lot of time to recover in case you lose your bet on strong team with less odds. So just bet the amount which you can lose and don't go for big amount to bet on single game. In gamble there is no safe method to make money.

Havent you ever done it even just once? Well I guess you are the true addicted gambler.
