It is not correct by itself to use word safety with gambling. These are contrary to each other to gamble you need to be risk taker. Gambling means taking risk and taking risk means uncertainty with no safety. I will say can not even be imagined these words near each other. I agree, they would not build their gambling business if they will lose money from it. It is just like building other businesses like grocery store. You won't sell your products cheaper than what you get. There is no earning into that. So there is no really safe way in gambling. Even in earning money, there is also no safe way to earn it. You must consider the risks before earning it.
