I think it would be interesting to see 'top up' style with bitcoin. That's an application that could probably fit in quite easily with existing infrastructure.

Well to my knowledge there are no networks that do accept BTC, however this may be a good business idea in the future  Cool. The only drawback is the fact that transactions are anonymous in nature so a way to keep track of customers is a unique payment address for each customer, another problem is that payments are done monthly via direct debit from the customer's bank account so maybe a wallet specific to the carrier could be made as a solution?

I think no operators have directly accepted the bitcoins.
But if you want to topup you mobile phone, try these sites:
1. www.piiko.com
2. www.bitrefill.com
3. www.mobileshop.ph
See the list above where you can use bitcoin to topup your mobile balance. I am from nepal and bitrefill works well with my operator here with almost instant recharge. Bitcoin uses are being border nowadays.

perhaps it will never be made
would be very inconvenient if the operator using bitcoin as a means of payment, bitcoin can only be used as digital money, so it may be very inconvenient if you have to use bitcoin as a mobile phone operator

Well, mobile phone operators can accept bitcoin if they want to because bitcoin also holds value too. It's just that we're too attached with fiat and that most people prefer to use fiat in their transactions that's why we can't part with it. If only people would realize there is a better alternative than that traditional money, we could somehow escape the slavery imposed by the banks and governments by not using their own printed money.

to my knowledge, until now there is no state that the operator is using bitcoin, but if there is, he'll probably be the first country and the country will be written in the history of bitcoin

In my country no one speak about bitcoin. It was spoken only one or two time in the news of one private television and that's all. No chance to be accepted by some business. Any kind of business. Phone operator included. Even some of those are world providers like Vodafone or TM of Deutsche Telekom.

Yes, that is correct. T-Mobile Poland is one of the few Mobile operators directly accepting bitcoin.
I researched that and they even offer +20% bonus for each bitcoin payment. That is great promotion of bitcoin payments!

yes I have seen these sites by google them. Some sites support Indian operators for top up. That's the good news. Actually I was planning to start a mobile top up site for indian mobile operators. That would be more attractive more bitcoin users, as well as it may start attracting many people towards bitcoin.
