The West is a relative term. The West with respect to whom? And that the East is less aggressive? Think of how many terrorists there. And Russia is peace-loving? Ask Georgia and Ukraine.

If there is one to blame, blame yourself for beeing stupid. The Same applies to the countries as well. You can't blame the West because they are smarter. It can make them evil but guess what? That's how the world is.
If there are some rich people on earth, there has to be some poor people as well.

I think when a dictatorship government refers to the "West" the epithet includes the countries like Japan or Germany or Israel. But actually it is not so important what they mean by "West". What is important is that they are robbing their own people constantly and they are telling to them that the "evil West" is responsible for all their troubles.

Since the beginnig of the world there were West and East. Two different worlds, different cultures, different interests. And always will be so. Some say that West is causing every trouble in this World, but I can't agree with this, the responsibility is on both sides. West can't without East and East can't without West.
West is a vague term, does it include Canada? Europe?It would not be true to say all trouble is caused by the west. India vs Pakistan, Japan vs China, Iran vs Saudi Arabia.

"West" once designed Western Europe + USA Canada and Japan. Now it's a more general term to design the powerful countries.
Yeah the West is responsible for "all the troubles of the world" as you say. For the simple but good reason that the "West" tried to control the world. And managed to in some ways.

But in a literal sense, anytime some war started in the Middle East and reinforcements came, might they come from "the West?" EG, that is the Compass Direction they come in.

I would not say that this is gonna be their fault. West area as you mention should not be also be blame in this status. I believe so that people itself should be responsible for their actions. They might have forgotten the values that have lost in themselves. But first values will always come into our family that teaches us the first thing we have to know..

Not much of an observer if you can't make articulated thoughts. The "West" is a geographically designated name, The East being towards Arabia and Asia. It just so happens most people think of the West as Europe, North America, Australia and few other spots that have advanced well. This would have also been generated from flat, physical maps with a compass - when the names first came into use.
