You are absolutely right.Few years ago bounty campaign reward was huge amount and many good manager did distribution purely. Now many scammer scammed by fake bounties.Now and few years ago bounty hunter huge difference cz Bounty hunter increase day by day.Before 2018 bounty hunter got huge reward. Now many manager managed signature campaign and they are honesty distributing reward.

Now bounty system was changed a lot. It’s long back,we get good money from the bounty. You are actually right because there are so many bounty campaigns participants, this is one of the reasons the rewards obtained are small.
Therefore, we really can't expect much that we can get big rewards when participating in bounty campaigns. Moreover, besides being difficult

most of the bounties has a very small reward and it will become smaller when the number of participants increase because the token allocation for bounty will be devided to them. But still there is a profit on doing bounty specially when the project you promote will become successful and the token of thier project rise drastically in the near future so i suggest to just hold the tokens that you recieved from bounty campaigns for good. In a bounty, the bounty manager or development team tries to campaign for the project they are working on. They hope that if the project is successful then they will benefit. And about us as bounty participants, of course we are the same way. I mean if you are looking for a high paying bounty then you can choose to be a participant in a signature campaign, create a blog or via a referral link. But for the price of the project, it really depends on the success or failure of the project's campaign.

I don't normally participate in bounties but $CNDL candlelabs dot org has one right now and it looks like a great opportunity to get in on something pretty big, on the ground floor. Bounty with big Rewards still available but most of those only allow for high ranked members only, on service section. For newbie like you, can find bounty from bounty section. Although it may hard for you which one is good but you’ve to teach yourselfer how to analysis and find out good quality bounties. Right now lots of usdt bounties also available. I don't think you can earn big reward from bounty anymore cause crypto is already saturated, very rare that a new crypto project makes a 10x jump when its first listed on the exchange after the bounty end. Hence, noway your earnings can jump to 10x, becoming a big reward. So you will have to stay with the same fixed rate for bounty works across many crypto projects which is just so-so for your efforts.

you Should rather participate bouty that has legit concept even if that has low reward, instead of aiming to join with big rewarding bounty. Cause it would be worthless if you will being rewarded by shitcoin with zero value! I think so too, so I personally always investigate the bounties that I participate in because I prefer to receive payments that can be used for other things even though it looks small but is still very useful for me to use in the future rather than waiting for more large and uncertain. 
Bounty's are paying but not all projects pays their hunters but I will only recommend you to join those bounty's that has been escrowed either in USDT or BTC maybe with their native currency. Check the bounty sections some managers accept escrow mostly. I don't really want to list them here but please check bounty sections.
