I do airdrops from the official airdropalert site. You earn some free crypto:) I dont have any Crypto friends, But you can share your referral after signing up for them. If people join using your ref you earn more:)Another good way to earn is the Binance Ref bonus. Its my favorite site, and ranked #1 in world now. You earn % of the fee in whatever crypto the person buys:) Sadly you will have to find day traders or a whale to make more than crypto dust. Still makes my day. Id share my ref, but dont wanna get kicked or banned:P Thats another thing you gotta watch out for when sharing the referrals. I learned the hard way after getting called names and banned:( Not sure if you can share here, but I need this for Airdrops and learning Crypto more than crypto dust:P Good luck my friend.

It does not matter if you are newbie or legendary rank . Lets say if you can do some logos , webpage or something useful for crypto projects . Just make a thread or ask new projects that you can do some work for them for tokens based on your skill

Try to find some campaigns that are accepting newbies and some manager who are giving chance to the newbies to earned while they are still waiting on their activities to rank up to jr member. Try to joined social campaigns like twitter and Facebook campaign. Thanks in advance.

Over time, you will find your jobs in bitcointalk forum. At the moment, honestly I don't think you can find any job there (regardless of signature campaigns, bounties, translations, airdrops), but I don't recommend you to focus on those things. Learning is first priority of newbies (and Junior members); should be the first.
It will be very difficult for you to find good bounty, because they all require advanced profiles. If you have well-promoted profiles in social networks, then there is a chance to earn. And if not, develop them.

I just took some information and the easiest way to earn something at the beginning is joining bounties when we reached the junior member level...
Join airdrops, this way you can get some tokens. Meanwhile you could participate in forum discussions until you become Jr. member. From that point you can try joining bounty campaigns if you have social network accounts with lots of friends/followers.

There are campaigns that accepted newbies. However, those campaigns are very scarce. Newbies have to watch around the child board, Bounties for finding campaigns opened for newbies.
Some jobs for newbies like translation, signature campaign, airdrop (sometimes, and depends on rules of projects' managers)
