Bitcoin is a currency that is not bound to any law, so if you want to use the Bitcoin to gamble in one State, then you need not look for tau law what applies the country about how to use Bitcoin. In the u.s. There is no law stating that Bitcoin is prohibited to use, so you can use the Bitcoin gambling with the country. But keep in mind there are some States that prohibit gambling and there are several wallets that prohibit transactions to a gambling site, so you must know very well about it and always be careful so as not to negatively affect

If you want to bypass this kind of restrictions you can always use a
(private)  VPN. In that way you can access any site you want. Good luck!
I think the OP knows about it, but like the title says. he asks about the legal ways.
but you are right, using the vpn and the problem is finished. legal or illegal because it was not important in the game of gambling.

One world One currency, Bitcoin.
Choose a website that doesn't verify your identity (anonymous), and a great vpn provider that doesn't log your request.

Well PrimeDice says no. But Yobit Allows me too.. Satosi dice says no lol
Then just gamble at the sites which are not concerned about where a user is from, also make sure that they don't require you to fill up the KYC information or provide any documents, you can check their T&Cs for that. BTC is mostly pseudonymous, so it can only be tracked when buying/selling it on an exchange which require you to provide credentials, use mixers and no one can know whether you send/received bitcoins to/from a gambling site. You can also use VPN for more anonymity, although it is not recommended because you can become a victim of MITM attack.

As for the legality, read this: http://wizardofodds.com/the-legality-of-online-gambling-us

Online gambling is illegal in the US. Not only Bitcoin gambling, but all money gambling in general. What’s allowed?
Some free online games, fantasy leagues, and Indian gaming sites that aren’t strictly defined as Internet gambling.

Gambling with Bitcoin is a grey area. Nothing specifically forbids it.
Unless your state has a law forbidding gambling all together, you should be able to play wherever you want.

Some exchanges ban your account if you directly send your coins to a gambling site, so you should be careful about that.

Sites can deny people they want and it's usually to avoid legal trouble.
If you're wondering, US is one of the countries with the most restrictive online gambling laws. Make sure you look up state laws too.

And then you have to look up sites that don't really care about knowing their customers.
