There is not one yet, the best way for you to protect yourself from hacks would be to make sure that you are investing your money well and making sure that the coins that you bought are being stored in wallet which you control the private keys to. After that you have to make sure that you do not store these private keys online to where hackers can get to them

I don't think, we need to find or have any 'system' or 'app'for this issue. Because, it happens when we do mistakes, always choose secure exchnage which have Google 2FA code. No one can hack google, no other system came upon google 2FA. So according to me, we should be always careful and choose trustable things in this world, then no one can hack your accounts.

If it's hacking the written code for smart contract, maybe it's possible. But hacking a cryptocurrency that uses blockchain as its core system and the decentralized nature. That's nearly impossible and if it can, will take so much resource and effort aswell which will definitely making it not worth the try.
I've seen plenty of smart contract that is vuln to hacker and those that have been taken advantage of but our security is improving by the time being despite having the motto "no system is secure"

But my opinion is differ from experts" According to the book I read No system is Perfect in the world and because of this No system is safe" I don't know if its true but i think those hacking incident can be avoided if doing a necessary action to pre-empt the possible hacking attack instead of relying the existing security protocols (ex. wallets that store large amount of cryptocurrency must put in offline if its possible) this is only and opinion and i'm not an expert regarding this issue.

if there is hacking in an exchange it is purely an exchange error that cannot secure the assets of their users.

it is very difficult to solve the exchange hacking solution, because no matter how sophisticated the exchange technology is. if the exchange does just a little mistake the hacker will take the opportunity to drain the assets that are in it.
