https://www.blockhash.win/ Is the best one I've found, you have to guess the last digit of the block hash that includes your betting transaction.
It shows all previous bets and its payout tx, very transparent.

^ Title speaks for itself...

Update: Below I'm listing blockchain based gambling games suggested on this thread...

i. https://www.chain-bet.com

I think there was a game which is called girlbtc or something like that but unfortunately, it turned into a scam.
Maybe chain-bet which as you have said is the only blockchain game available atm.

That's what it seems to be...

Edgeless is supposed to be what you are looking for

Last time I checked, Edgeless takes random number from Random.org. So, no. It is NOT on blockchain...

Really surprised this thread was brought back from the dead after a year.

Either way besides the chain-bet website there aren't that many. And honestly somebody really should make one as a smart contract for ETHEREUM.

With bitcoin due to the VERY SLOW confirmation times and VERY HIGH transaction fees you are better off using a different currency.

This would be very easy to program as a smart contract on ETH and everybody can verify looking at the source that they aren't being cheated.

Ethereum blockchain is much different from Bitcoin blockchain. They have a concept of uncle blocks as orphaning happens every now & then. If chain-bet is as is implemented in Ethereum, then miners may influence the result in their favour. It is possible to do it with lot of confirmations on Ethereum blockchain, but that would be same as doing it on Bitcoin blockchain.

Betstreak.co got their first licensed blockchain from an ICOs.  Pre-sales will start on next week.
Have a look on their ICOs website: https://ico.betstreak.io & their thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annico-betstreak-first-licensed-blockchain-casino-2131763

etherflip.co and etheroll.com get their randomness from an Oracle.  I am not sure this is exactly what you are looking for, but its a start.

I know blockchain based lottery game - trueflip.io
Is it what you searching?
Looks like it is not yet working...
They plan to decentralize its lottery as possible, that's why they raised funds to put them in the development though it is transparent yet. With the first quarter of 2017, it is fully transparent according to their vision.

Not sure why you want these kinds of games, usually this also involves your bet being 1 deposit 1 bet style. Not sure if there is a term for it, but that is how it usually is, it's similar to secondstrade. I don't think it's a good gambling model since players have to pay for miner's fee and also the gambling site has to do so. In the end profits get eaten on both sides.

We ( www.ettagames.io ) did create our game as a on-chain game, we create game by using smart contract and design as a Dapp which running on Ethereum. I have to admit it that the long confirmation time and transaction fee is a big problem for this business. We tried very hard to handle this kind of situation and to deliver the best fun experience to players. We still working on it but we won't give up. The Blockchain is an amazing world.

Not from any reputed websites I know of.Actually,it doesn't matter since most of the top websites have their own provable fair mechanisms. If you only wish to use blockchain based games just for the sake of provable fairness,it isn't a good idea.
You can look for special on-chain bets which are mainly used for public bets and such.

This is something I've often wondered myself. Other than the raffles we have been doing over in the collectibles section I've not heard of many others. Will definitely keep a close eye on this thread to see if we do have some fun and fully working games around. I'm a bit surprised there's not that big of a market offering these kind of games.

i dont think that there are any of such websites, though im not sure about it, i think you should do some research about it but it would be most probably just a waste of time
I just noticed a game on this board which seems to be 100% blockchain based gambling game. It is www.bitcoinbetting.website.

Now, known as https://www.chain-bet.com

Thanks. OP updated...

Not exactly. I'm talking about one, where the randomness is coming from the blockchain.

There are http://bettingblocks.com/ and http://block777.com/, in which you can gamble on which pool will find a particular block.

I have also seen a few sites that allow people to gamble on the block hash or the "nonce" of the block (eg. Is the last number in the hash odd or even? Is the last two digit of the nonce <50? etc), but those sites didn't seem to get much attention and soon disappeared.

Neither of these seem to be active anymore...
