i m sure you understand what i meant as many of us here uses BSC for transactions and to receive payments, any solution Undecided?

I think no one is safe with those fake airdrops but the good thing is you can always hide them from your Metamask and pretend as if they are not there. It's like a spam email where almost everyone has it in their wallet. The problem here is, they might use it for their own advantage which is to scam those people who are new in this industry or they wanna make you confused about something. Nevertheless, I'm sure this scam has already had some victims that's why they keep doing it and send huge numbers of shit BSC tokens to our wallet.

Hello friends

please is there any possible way to stop receiving some BSC based token after performing a transaction or initiating swap.
i recently noticed that each time i perform any of these i m being sent some free token to my wallet and i began to wonder how come about those free coin and it can not be converted for any reasons, usually with high values and fake volume.

i m sure you understand what i meant as many of us here uses BSC for transactions and to receive payments, any solution Undecided?

If you have been using the wallet for a long time and you have connected your wallet a lot with various dapps, there is no solution.
Because transactions on the blockchain cannot be canceled / stopped, if you still want to use your wallet safely,
never transact with tokens that you receive but you don't know.
They are called token dusting, to find loopholes to access your wallet and retrieve all your wallets. Yes, that's creepy.
Another solution is, you have to change your main wallet and move all your assets to a new wallet.

If you are disturbed by all the tokens then never use a wallet address where youn store your main assets, it is better to use a different address so that there is no need to look at all the tokens, meaning that as mentioned by the members above there is no way to stop it other than sent your valueable asset to the new address, and better not to revealed wallet address that you always use to hold valuable tokens especially for following the airdrop.

Moving tokens to a new address wont help. I think that these garbage token distributors scan network and automatically distribute them to active wallets. Which means that as soon as you move your tokens from old to a new wallet, the fact that you have received tokens in new wallet will trigger script to start to litter your new wallet. This garbage tokens is a plague of cheap blockchains. Plague that can not be cured or beaten. The best solution is to ignore them and turn off notifications from bot/script/wallets.

No way, those that have recorded your BSC wallet address are just going to keep you sending dust amounts for their airdrops because it is a dust attack.
Do you remember where you've sent or posted your BSC wallet address? Maybe that entity had your record and sent it to those projects that are doing airdrops.

Yes you are not alone. Just ignored those tokens you know that you arent affiliated obviously they are scam tokens from scammers that wanted you to clickbait. They sending tokens to monitor those wallet that are active and possibly planning to hack overtime. I had some tokens too but I just ignore it even they have value on etherscan since it could be fake anyway. Just leave it be and your safe.

There are some choices

1. Don't touch those tokens.
2. Migrate to a new wallet that is not yet known by scammers and hackers.

The thing is when you are seeing it that some tokens appeared in your wallet and this can be a bad thing for sure. I meant there are so many possibilities that can happen with it.

I think that you have no other choice rather than always try to take the token that you think that's legit. I have been seeing my wallet got spammed by bunch of scam tokens but as long as i was not touching it and that's fine for me.

So many people are also being trapped by the dusting attack. that's why you must always be careful with new tokens sent by scammers.

New unknown tokens usually enter through the dapps connection that we connect to the wallet, and also our wallet data that
is registered in the telegram airdrop bot, usually those who run away with their airdrop project just have our wallet data to send token dusting.
This is really annoying, even I myself am always sent tokens that I never follow, the solution I use is to change my wallet or revoke on unrekt.
The important thing for now, is never to put a lot of assets when the wallet is exposed to token dusting, even if you never touch the token directly.
immediately transfer your assets to a new wallet I'm sure it will be more secure.

The short answer to the topic title, No.

As pesky as it can be, it doesn't do you any harm as long as you DO NOT interact with those tokens.
Interactions like trying to swap or sell it or even visiting those token's website and connecting your wallet to them could get you in trouble. Trouble like getting hacked and having your pc/smartphone injected with a virus that changes your copied wallet address to a hacker's wallet address, etc.

So, the best way to deal with them is to just ignore them. Just let them sit in your wallet.
Another option that is pretty obvious is to just use another wallet address for every transaction you make.

I think maybe the OP should just accept this. No problem if you don't touch it. It's harmless to anyone who doesn't care. I've read about some losing money for accepting those tokens. It's all too common on most major platforms. But anyway, it's not too hard to detect if they are scams or not, and it shouldn't be too much of a problem to have them appear in your wallet Smiley

There is no definite solution for that. If you want the same wallet to block transactions that enter your wallet because here it is decentralized.
The final solution is, you have to change your wallet if you feel that the incoming token interferes with your convenience in transacting.
Some of the incoming tokens are basically viruses that want your assets, if you are stuck with transactions such as approving their smart contracts, then they will be able to access your wallet without you knowing, that is called token dusting.
I often experience this, but you can prevent it by reducing the connection to dapps from your wallet, and if you transact on dexswap, you immediately revoked the dapps from being approved. usually i use unrekt https://app.unrekt.net/

Trough your wallet active for receiving or make swap on pancake exchange market you will able to received thousand fake, scam or BSC airdrop token, I think is not about with BSC airdrop token but exactly as scam token arrive in your wallet after you make transaction between sending or receiving coin from exchange market or sending from other wallet. We can't removed scam or dusting attack token in our address because have several coin I try to send other wallet but keep failed and better left it without care with how many kind of BSC airdrop token received in your wallet.

It is not a serious problem in this space. I believe we are all familiar with token scams. I frequently receive them as well; simply write the transaction on the address and it will be sent to you. I've read about how hackers type wallet information, and it appears that most newcomers make mistakes with these tokens. Anyway, don't worry about it. If you find them annoying, you can change your wallet regularly. That's the way I chose to handle this problem.

If indeed you have doubts about your address, you should immediately create a new address and after that you send your valuable tokens to your container address so that it is safer if you are attacked by phishing or hackers who want to steal your tokens, so you will be more  calm.
Because there really is no way to stop sending free tokens to your address, which many of you may already know.

Basically there is no need for authentication to receive a transaction on blockchain only the sender can decide so it's literally not possible to stop the receiving transactions that's why many forum members advices don't use your primary wallet address for airdrop and free tokens.

Now the solution can be creating new wallet and move your BNB to there, but having tokens doesn't actually bother me.

I guess the sending is automatic. I think your address is already included in the contract. Once an address qualifies for these airdropped BSC tokens, then they will receive it automatically. The sending transactions are not done manually so I think it would be hard, even impossible, to make yourself an exception to this.

Even Vitalik Buterin is not happy or even annoyed with this because he's been receiving all kinds of Ethereum-based airdropped tokens, many of them he doesn't even support.

Using a different address/wallet is the only solution here. Once someone knows your address, anyone can send some tokens there, that's why even if you did some transactions on some platform, they can already know it.
Some people are doing advertisements by just sending random tokens to some addresses. But for me, I will just ignore it.

It's not possible to do that. It's caused by the transaction can't be prevented or blocked. the only way for you to migrate from your wallet to the another wallet that can be considered as a new wallet.

Becareful with it. It may be a dusting attack that already created by the hacked to steal your tokens. There's no way other than never try to touch it. It can be a trap. You must move your token to the new wallet or just keep it forever.

I've never had anything like that, if I get it too, of course, I don't mind keeping it in my wallet and letting that shitcoin settles forever in there. I don't know if it's dangerous or not. but if someone said it would threaten my detail account, I will move everything to a new wallet.
