The last time when there was a Sino-Indian war (in 1962), a section of the Indian communists (especially those in the states of West Bengal, Kerala and Tripura) were supporting the Chinese against their own people. This can repeat in the future as well.

A war is highly unlikely, but if that happens, a full-fledged war between India and China, something like this would happen, when elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers.

I hope there will not be any war between china and india. But as per news from the officials at the border it seems that india has deployed more 2500 soilders to the border. The reason that india have deployed the forces in the border is because China was trying to laid road in Doka la in Bhutan which belongs to India but China claims that the region belongs to them. However, there is tension which prevails between both countries.

It never was and it never will be. And I don't think India and China will be at war. There perhaps are some tensions but I doubt it would lead to that. These countries have two of the largest standing armies in the world and imagine if they'd go head to head with each other. It would be disastrous especially to their Asian neighbors.

I think that China and India, the two countries will not war, will be a peaceful solution to the problem, on the one hand the war will only bring suffering to the people, on the other hand it will make the two countries' national strength decline. The Chinese must realize that provoking India is going to give them different output when compared to the results they had in bullying small and weak nations such as Bhutan, Philippines and Vietnam. There are 1.3 billion Indians out there, and each and every one of them are ready to give their lives to defend the nation. The Chinese are going to get kicked in their asses this time.
China must have some incredible military power to challenge countries like japan, india, philippines and even USA all at once. I think the reason why there being aggressive and invading islands and expanding their territory is they're planning to build some military base more like they're preparing for war or just stepping into weak countries because they know that it has no power to fight back. I think china is provoking india to fight, if the indian soldiers fight back then china might also like this circumtances because that's what they planned to do from the start. It means this chinese wants war and will take any countries resources or just want want war for the countries resources.
I highly doubt a traditional war will erupt between two world powers. It will simply be too devastating to economies which are highly interconnected in 2017. With that said, a trade war or proxy war is far more likely and just as messy often times. A trade war is where I would put my money in the future. China and India are two very similar nations I could see them feuding in the near future.
A trade war is very much possible, given that India is one of the top importers of Chinese electronics and household appliances. India can impose a tariff on the Chinese made goods, including electronics and steel.

I hope there's no war between them, both have serious weapons. Anyway i don't see a clear war between them.
I don't think that there is much of a possibility of war between these two nations. Earlier there was a possibility, when China was having nukes and India was not having them. But now India has also become a nuclear nation.
If China and India start a war agaisnt each other, This means that Doomsday has already arrived. As being most crowded countries of the world, The war between them sounds the death knell for our planet for sure.

If there will be a war between these two great countries, then the world will truly be affected. There are a lot of countries that are depending on China when it comes to manpower for their electronic assemblies. I don't know about India.
