A bit late. There's been a recent launch of xotika.tv, the same thing that you are proposing, that you pay in bitcoin. I must say that the porn industry is saturated, especially the cams section. I'd recommend not making a site like this unless you are a good coder and can make your site smooth and slick + have even better ad campaigns than xotika.tv.

Its not about hosting a paid website because even porb hub gives HD porn videos for free but at the same time they have paid options to download the videos .I doubt anyone hardly pays for the videos but porn hub is still earning how ? Its because their adds any other promo offers advertised on the website .Once they have traffic they have enough ways to convert it into money .
Well porn is the most searched thing on the internet so anything that has to do with it has more chances to succeed than any other thing, there are some sites that use btc but not that many. There are a lot of sites that use normal currencies but they still profit, it doesnt matter if there are too many because people search for porn all around the world so im pretty sure your project can work easily.

Yeah but the thing is that buying that content (enough to fill a site) is very expensive + takes a heavy server to host that. A camsite is much cheaper as you can implement cams from a supplier with API and pay on request. The idea is to resell under my own brand with BTC as payment option but again... this is not the only part, i would aim at regular porn visitors and present them an option and very short introduction into BTC and why its better to use for porn sites. I kinda have the idea this would create a returning and very productive audience.

A lot of adults sites started accepting bitcoin lately... I'm afraid the adult market is really competitive and saturated, so i don't know if it'll work....

There may be some demand but your competition is going to be steep. There already is a lot of pornography on the internet. However, depending on the attractiveness of the models/actresses you hire you could still make a lot of bank.
There is indeed a lot of pornography but are there many that accept BTC as payment? For the general porn visitor this is THE solution... no cc and anonymous. I know there are porn sites accepting btc already but i'm thinking giving the more common porn visitor (none BTC visitor) a way to get BTC instant and go from there. Kinda like taking a kid by the hand and giving him/her the short introduction to btc.

Since your just going to start now, you have already some competitions but if you could offer something different then you might actually be successful... It would be advisable to not limit your users to a paid members as this will really harm the chances of you getting any visitors at all... Try to combine it, like for instance for free members they could watch all the videos up to SD version (360) and for paid users FHD versions (720,1080,4k) and also upon launching the website, perhaps make a 2 weeks promo of free access to full HD videos as well which I think will boost your audience
The porn industry is quite saturated.Although directing the adult traffic to other affiliate programs is the best way the adult sites are making money.Because literally no one likes to pay for porn as they get HD porn for free fr variety of reputed sites .However cams and bitcoins seems like a great idea which will work out any day .You can start bitcams .Here you gp I found a name for you.Bitcams 
Well to make a long story short i have been looking into prices and specs and sorting out what i need to startup an Adult Tube site with a paid membership for full HD videos that only accepts bitcoins. On the side the site would also do webcams but that would launch at a later date.
