It's hard to speculate in the short term, but I understand that the price will rise past the old ATH mark just don't know the exact time, maybe the psychological game makes many people lose patience to empty their pockets. them and an opportunity for others. Looking at the year-end plan, I think there will be important milestones for bitcoin to form a new uptrend, but first of all, in the current context everyone is expecting (maybe some) bitcoin price to drop further. Currently, as well as there are many bad news about the economy, the money flow into the investment markets will not be very feasible.

I know that some people are short term, and timing can be bad luck or bad luck for anyone, there are different circumstances that come up, like if you just started investing with bitcoin. From the beginning of 2023 most of us are profitable, expectations let it happen and no need to impose time on them, all you need to do is be patient.

My suggestion would be, that instead of hoping if "cryptocurrency" would hit "", learn how to trade. It is risky, but imo it is much better than just sitting and waiting. Trading would stimulate crypto movement, and it would act positively on a growth.

Regarding the price, there is only one quarter left in this year. I havent seen for a long time Bitcoin gaining thousands in a short period of time. I would not hope to see $69k on December 31. I would be happy if Bitcoin would get strong position above $30k, because so far Bitcoin only tested this price several times this year.

Honestly, it’s a rare possibility that bitcoin price will hit back again at $69k seeing we are already at the last quarter of the year. And at this moment, there’s still no big events that are predicted to happen in the market that will eventually make the price to skyrocket again. Although we don’t know exactly what this last quarter of the year will have an effect to bitcoin, but if there’s any, I think it’s only a small price upgrade that’s definitely below $69k.

Highly doubt it. We'd most likely see bigger prices by the end of next year or so, wouldn't expect anything big this year. I highly doubt we'd see any major drops, unless a big holder like SpaceX suddenly sells their hold again. Besides the $69k mark can be said to be the bullrun mark, so expecting it to happen this year sounds like a dream. If we refer to past bull runs, it usually happens a few months (half a year to a year) after the halving itself, so expecting it by the end of the year before the halving is kind of dreaming.

There is a channel I follow called DataDash. And the founder Nicholas Merten is saying things will get much worse for Bitcoin and we will tumble further then at this moment. I really hope he is wrong on his prediction.

He may be right or wrong, but stop listening to these YouTubers. This YouTuber in particular just flip flops his sentiment every few days/weeks just to get as much views(and ad revenue) on YouTube.

Also, check out this coin he's shilled back then: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/unibright

Me I don't see $60k happening this year again, as I can't even remember thinking that will ever be possible as well this year, although Bitcoin price can be funny sometimes, but the price difference from the middle of the year till now requires Bitcoin to do more than 2 X before it could actually break $60k, and I see the year already far gone for that to really happen.

With all the recent happenings surrending Bitcoin, both the negative news, which usually brings down the price a little bit, and the news of the ETF, which has done its part by pushing the price forward, I can only predict that Bitcoin can just be around the range of $35–$40k at the end of the year.

I think is a wrong prediction because if the price of BTC go down more than $20k this year,it will be difficult for holders to breath well because many are waiting for the price to go higher before the end of November so that they can sell to start buying Christmas and new year things. this prediction will not stand because the price of BTC is still standing in $26k which the price can still move to reach higher in a way people will believe that the price will reach $50k next month.

I’m always hopeful that btc will eventually recover and surge high again until it surpasses its previous all time high. But seeing the slight movement in its price hike, I don’t think hitting $69k again will be possible this year. However, I’m not closing doors to the possibility also that it will eventually reach another all time high, higher than its previous ATH. Just remember that everything is still possible with bitcoin. It can be a lot surprising at some point, just like reaching its new all time high way back 2017 when everyone else is not expecting a very bullish market.

Well that would be nice for us to see BTC price to recover back to the all time high in the next 4 months in the year. But I think we maybe will see some more losses and not much gains.

I don't know why I believe in these predictions even though I don't want to, I think so after considering what happened a few years ago and also some movements throughout this year, indeed it is just an uncertain speculation.
And to see Bitcoin price again at all-time highs after 2021 is very possible in my opinion and I believe it will be a 4 year cycle and if that is true we certainly won't see it this year.
This year started with a sharp correction, even though it had recovered a bit but now the price is slowly starting to come back down, I'm not sure we will have a big bull this year which will end in 4 months.

I was waiting for the price of BTC to reach $40k in this month of August, before I will believe that $69k is possible before the end of this year 2023 which is the wish of many investors in the community. But the price started decreasing from $30k to $26k to create a great fear into the mind of those that is hoping for the price to increase above $30k before they can start thinking of how to visit the market to supply to make a good profits. With this slow move of the price of BTC in this season, I don't think the price will hit back to $69k before the end of this year because the green light is not stable like the way it was stable last two years to reach $69k for both long term investors and short term investors to experience huge amount of money from their investment. Do you believe that there is still hope for investors to experience $69k this year? Because we just have 3 months and some weeks before the end of this year. What is you hope for this current price?

There may still be room for further downward movement before the market reaches the seller saturation point. At this stage, investors may still be hesitant to enter the market, even though positive sentiment is claimed to have started to appear. What is certain is the time to buy, for those who have funds, it is better to be an investor or other financial institution and be prepared for all the worst possibilities that will occur in the next few days unless you are a hodling type buyer, that's safe.

So, listening to what you said above, considering it's 3 months and a few weeks before the end of the year is there still hope for investors to raise $69k this year? I think it's very possible with a special note if even better regulations are born and don't bother market players.

it may, some said that there will be a chance to full back down to 20k or even lower but hoping to not see that happening at least not this 2023.

What I'm hoping for is a market recovery to get even better before next year, even if it's not for $69k this year. Since the current price is still quite low compared to the $69k price for this year so the possibility of not enough time for Bitcoin is much bigger than a sharp increase to get to the $69k price within this year, but I am still more optimistic for the $40k price by the end of the year because it is more worth hoping for than there may be more time for Bitcoin to hit when there is a more definitive recovery in the market, as the difficulty of more price increases is still likely to be seen now.

It seems impossible but you never know. If the etf is approved then I can see it happening. Look what happened after Elon bought Bitcoin back in 2021 how fast we rallied. However I just don’t see us breaking ATH this year maybe 2024.

You also need to understand the stock market looks toppy due to all the rate hikes and all the present inflation we still have. Economy is strong but if a recession will start then it’s not bullish for crypto.

For Bitcoin raising up back to $69k need up above 70% with current bitcoin price right now around $26k, how it possible when bitcoin getting pump without few percent and several days later get bigger percentage correction than up price. I don't think easily for bitcoin hit back to $69k although there are not any impossible thing with cryptocurrency price exactly with bitcoin price.

Lets realistic looking bitcoin current price right now, seems possibility with bitcoin get chance up around $40k to $45k and I don't expected more with bitcoin hit back to $69k in this year. Except when closing with halving time has chance for bitcoin up to higher price depend at the end this year bitcoin stable around $30k or hit to $40k.

OP, from everyone's comments, you can see that no one is optimistic and confident enough about the $69k price for this year, I really don't understand on what basis you have such high expectations.

I recommend redrawing yourself a new plan, one that is less ambitious and realistic. To do that you need to study the history of development of bitcoin. Don't just set expectations according to your wishes because bitcoin does not move according to anyone's wishes. We should follow the market, not force it to our will.

There was never such chance to begin with, because bull market only starts around or after the halvening. And it takes some time to reach the peak of the previous bull market. And I suspect this time it would be way harder to achieve that, because halvenings play smaller role in reducing supply. Well over 90% of all coins are already mined. So 69K shouldn't be viewed as a given, it's would be a significant milestone if/when it will be reached again.

The $69k mark for bitcoin this year is a long way off. The year 2024 or 2025 will see Bitcoin reach or pass the $69k mark. At that point, there will be a chance for bitcoin to reach a new all-time high. Only after the halving season will that occur. Regarding this year, Bitcoin can only increase to at least $35k-$40k

Bitcoin's price is currently $25,800. By the end of August(a week to the end of the month), it is probably going to be $23k(not quite sure). Bitcoin is in its "red zone" this August. Until we hit September, we won't know whether it will continue to be red zone or move to the green zone next month.

Better not make yourself that too hopeful or being that optimistic towards the price for this year. Reaching out even 40k or 50k would be questionable, how much more on breaking that ATH? Im not saying that its impossible since we've seen on how Bitcoin did always make surprises in regarding about its price movement on which it would really be just that common that people would really be having these kind of insights in speaking about
price predictions. Well, everyone does have their rights and opinions about price predictions or numbers that they do have in mind but honestly its better that you should really be minding that much on what are the digits
that we could be able to see for this year and basing up on the price that we are seeing now which we are already seeing 25k+ which there are some people recently been guessing up for this price to happen
which its a good call. Some do even tell about this dip and then we would be kicking in 35-40k but not on that previous ATH that we do have. So its your choice on what would be your positioning in speaking
this price volatility.
