There is no Bad nor Good time in cryptos, the main issue is, can we learn the law of timing, because it's very normal for the dump or bad times, real trader always prepared for the so called bad time. Now if our timing is always appropriate, bad or good, we can earn a good profit.

Those coins are just carried out by the hype of influential people, so lots of investors are deciding to buy it instead of coins with better potential, but their hype wouldn't last since they don't have real function. As for me, it's still better to stick with potential coins rather than putting our trust in coins that are just carried by the hype and being manipulated by huge names.

at this moment we see bad situation for cryptocurrency market, many FUD spreaded from CHina which is have strong power and influence to crypto market. Looks like we will continuesly suffer by bad news till bitcoin reach 20k price and we will see more blood in altcoin price too. if we want to invest in altcoin we should wait for a moment till bitcoin reach dip on around 20k or 13k. it will have lower risk than starting right now.

I agree with you, this red market is a good opportunity to grab and don't miss or else you will regret not buying at the dip. The market now is not good but after this red market all coins will moving upward to follow bitcoin trend.
