1/6 Polygon (MATIC)
1/6 ApeCoin (APE)
1/6 Aave (AAVE)
1/6 Astar (ASTR)
In my opinion, the first three are undoubtedly worthy of attention. There are many different opinions about other altcoins and you have already been answered here. But we can also note BNB, AVAX, SOL for the future.

All the coins you choose are coins that do have a high potential to develop in the future, although currently a price drop is happening but we can make a decision to hold these coins such as bitcoin, ethereum and polygons, and for others it may have less potential than the three coins, but if you have a large capital then buy all three coins I don't think it's wrong.
I do not know about APE, AAVE, or ASTR as those coins are new. But I have a big expectation for BTC, ETH, and MATIC and I guess those coins can increase again in the long term. But those three coins need to wait a while as the market is not moving well, and even the price is now down deeper than yesterday. But it is just temporary and will start to increase so it is a good time to buy back all of those three coins and hold them for a while. When you see the price rise, you can sell it and take your profit.

Of course many of these coins are worthy of being used as long -term investment, and I see some coins like Apecoin and Matic which often become top trending in binance, but from all the lists above I will choose 3 coins namely Apecoin, Matic and Aave.

Why not put majority of your portfolio on BTC and ETH?

We should learn our lessons from the Luna fiasco, it was a solid and even in the top 10 but all of a sudden it was a failure and the price almost goes to 0.

And with that,  Apecoin and Astar seems to be questionable investment for me, just saying.

Better if you have BNB or ADA or your list.
what do you think about nee NFT p2e projects? are they good for the long term? and is there a bigger chance to get more profit than in crypto

There is still nothing to confirm the future of P2E will continue, P2E is also just a temporary trend in the market and its attraction has decreased significantly instead of the M2E trend. Plus the market is volatile so investing in p2e at this time is very risky, I recommend looking for the top coins to hold during this time instead of investing in new projects or uncertain coins sure about the future.

1/6 Ethereum (ETH)

I prefer ETH not 1/6 but 100% if you can and I think ETH will be the winner in the future. Nah, When it comes to investing, there are many things to consider potential return on investment, risk factors, diversification, and more. But almost all investors have one thing in common they want their capital to grow over time. Never invest more than 20% of your total possible savings on cryptocurrencies, unless you researched everything and know what is happening.

I will give a big portion on bitcoin, then ethereum and polygon from those lists.
Maybe the percentage will be like bitcoin for 50%, ethereum and matic for 25% of each.
I do not know about apecoin or astar but I know aave but I am not sure if that coin can increase unless there is a pump that will lift the price to the high price.
Focusing on bitcoin and a few altcoins will not confuse managing your coins because you can still watch all of the suggested coins without a problem.

You have a very good list for long term investment, but some of them has already make ground for this generation and holding them for Long term investment. Maybe you will not make a good profit the way we are seeing them. Bitcoin is a coin that if you hold long, it will only give you small preference of profit depending the length of holding while Ethereum is little different from bitcoin profiting for long investment. I even prefer Astar (ASTR), Aave (AAVE) and Polygon (MATIC) to hold, because cryptocurrencies appreciate in the market generally they are the ones that will give you profit than the one you mentioned.

In general, any long-term investment can only benefit you and you need to determine the value of what you asked for when you make an investment in a long-term investment. Your portfolio is good. In which btc, ether, matic, app I support these four. So in my case, you should pay attention to one thing in long term investment, when you decide to sell, this is the only important thing.

well, most of the ones on the list you provided are good coins, but personally I will do a selection on the bottom 3 coins, and hold bitcoin, ethereum, and matic in your portfolio, and if you feel that it's still lacking, then it would be great if you include BNB in your list. however, if you feel that this is the list you want, I think Ape needs to be removed as his current development is not that great.
For the top 3 coins, be it Bitcoin, Ethereum, Matic, I think it's right and for the long term it's also good,
but it seems lacking in the absence of BNB but again everyone has their own preferences,
The most important thing is to do research first before determining it all

No one knows, better just ape in and learn. More expensive the lesson, more you will be careful next time.

The risk of your portfolio is too high because you are giving the same weight to those relatively unknown altcoins than the importance that you are giving to bitcoin and ethereum, in my opinion bitcoin and ethereum should at minimum constitute 67% of your portfolio, and then you could think about how to distribute the remaining 33% of your capital to the rest of the coins.

Agree, he has evenly distributed his assets among coins, it is too risky to put too much on Ape, the rest of the altcoins are potential alts but they are still altcoins and still carry unforeseeable risks. If it were me, I would put 70% of my assets in bitcoin and ethereum, the rest I will buy altcoins.

Dividing the risk and buying different coins is always the right strategy. I am constantly trying to implement this choice of yours. I think one of the most important conditions to survive in this market is to implement this strategy. I would prefer different densities rather than just a homogeneous distribution. For example, 2/6 Bitcoin, 1.3/6 Ethereum, and others...

for the long term I only see potential in Bitcoin and Ethereum. while for Polygon (matic, Ape and others I myself consider it more suitable for medium-term investments. Because it is so risky to hold Altcoins for the long term. But for ethereum I chose it because I myself saw strong fundamentals that are close to Bitcoin. But everyone has their own analysis -respectively and their respective conclusions (Dyor)

This is a very good compilation of good crypto projects. apart from Bitcoin which is the history of Cryptocurrency, altcoins like Ethereum, Polygon and the other listed tokens are good to hold for a long time. The market is not stable right now especially now that the price of Bitcoin had gone down and had affected other cryptocurrencies to fall too. Buying these projects now that the crypto market is in a bear mood will be a good idea. We buy at the dip and sell at the topic the mindset of a smart trader.

yes it's a good list. As per your portfolios and you were trying to mix safe and risky investment. I know that if astar as not even a bad token. This token is having its own blockchain and it's slowly growing just like what polygon did in the past. So your portfolios is well balanced and proportional based on the some tokens that act as safe investment or less volatile asset and the rest act as a risky investment. We know that in the crypto if no pain no gain and it seems you are trying to build a balanced portfolio.
You can consider it as a good list as your reference as investment.

1/6 invested in bitcoin looks too low. It's interesting that bitcoin investment represents the largest portion of an investor's portfolio. On the most extreme of the cases I would put at least 50% of the total amout to be invested in bitcoin, while being conservative this percentage should rise to 80%. About the preference of which altcoins to choose, it's up to each individual, but with the exception of ethereum, I don't feel confident investing on the other mentioned coins.

When investing in altcoins, I'm not interested only on their price increasement potential, but also on the features they offer for holding them, especially when attached to a crypto platform.

I would also add the NFT to this list, it seems to be a good prospect for investment. There are a lot of good NFT projects now, which seem to me to be successful and profitable. For example, I'm following one NFT project "reptile chronicles" right now. They have such good arts and various activities for the community, they recently added the "aristocrat" role on their discord. They said this role will give direct financial bonuses from the project, sounds interesting. What do you think about that?
