Quite overpriced IMO. For that price, you can probably custom build one with r9 280. I built one with I5, 970 and 128gb ssd+1tb hdd under $1k. That being said, your system will be severely limited in terms of upgradabilty. GTA 5 is quite optimize and would run well with any modern graphic card.

The GPU is 950, the lowest end of the 9xx series. It is not for gaming and i would at least go for a GTX 970 or r9 380. AMD FX 6300 is a lowend CPU and would bottle neck the higher end GPU, this reducing your room for upgrade. I would definitely go for custom build if you have the time. Prebuilts are usually very expensive and underpowered. I have built a prebuilt computer from seperate parts, I done it in 2 days with help from linustechtips. It was a fast and easy process not to mention that I'm quite young. [Not to mention I saved more than $700 USD by building it myself.]

Not sure about the price. The GPU is relatively low end so for gaming its not super. For mining same things and mining BTC on any computer is a big nono. So ultimately i dont know how much in USD youd be paying for this but its pretty low end.
