Yes I would say that you made the biggest mistake of your life,but its okay since we all make mistakes. Only if you made a decision of buying those bitcoins back in the days, you would have been a millionaire now. You would have researched about it, read the white paper since you knew about it. You had all the resources. However, its never too late, you can still make your investment now, but its a bit expensive.
You can become a millionaire even billionaire depending upon how much bitcoins you have in your wallet. If a 12 year old can be this rich then why can’t you? If one can do it, then you can do it also. In case you are a newbie then you need to be patient and grab more and more bitcoins in order to accomplish this dream. I m sorry to tell you but YES, you could ve been a millionaire. However, you still can be a millionaire, there re several promising altcoins which can bring you a lot of money. They probably wont repeat BTC success but you could see 50x price growth with some of them without issues.

If the proposal was a legit one then the answer is yes you could be a millionaire by now, but do not be too hard on yourself, unless you were very informed about bitcoin what it happened to you is similar to buying a lottery ticket and winning the lottery, it happens but you should not rely on it, forget about it and start your journey now, it is better to start late than to never start. Here i myself believe this topic 100% true and it already happened with one of my friend who started his career in bitcoin ( part time) and started his work with the bitcoin to start earnings with trading with bitcoin only with 200 btc and now with those btc he is millionaires .
But still he is making buying more and more btc because he is thinking that bitcoin is not going to a particular limit because about 5-6% people are only involved in this field and rest of are looking to enter , so we can estimate how much price of the bitcoin can be in the future .

This is big trutg that we can't think about the truth of the future exactly , in the starting of 2015 the price of the bitcoin was about 200$ but due to my economical problem i was not able to buy bitcoin .I was offered bitcoins in I think 2010 when they were 50p each.

So here the condition is same for us to do make or not due own own reasons .
And also this is the truth that a person bought bitcoin at 1$ and then sold at 800$ ( that person is my friend ) , and you can't believe that he bought about 10000$ at that time and now you can think that how much he made abd after that he never stopped himself for such types of bug investment , in the start of this year , he bought 1lakh cloak coin and now you can see what is the price of the clock coin now .
So all this depends upon the timing and conditions that you have .
Indeed timing is very important. Like you say, you want to invest early but if you don't have money then, how can you invest? Or if you have the money but you think that its not worth investing then nothing will really happened as well. But for some you have truly think that bitcoin that be something big and invest just a few then they are going to be super rich by now. We can't go back in time and invest into it, but we can always look at the future and say that today is the right time to invest and will not wait because you don't want to missed another opportunity that have slipped you in the past.

If you really bought 200£ worth of bitcoin that time. That is probably the best decision you've ever made. And with 400 btc you have, you are definitely a millionaire. There's a lot of opportunities and chances that the btc you are holding will profit if you dont put it in a bank. Just be wise in every transactions you will make.

Hindsight can be a bitch and it will happen many times in your life. I wish I took more chances with the things, ideas, schemes, inventions, shares/stocks, real estate, that has crossed my path in my lifetime. I have learnt to trust my intuition or my gut instincts and I would say that approx 99% of the time, its been the right thing to do. My gut it telling me its not too late to get into cryptocurrencies and another thing worth investing in would be stocks in marijuana companies. They are exploding

Haven't you heard of a guy who bought a couple of hundred bitcoins and later sold almost all of them when its price increased but a couple of ten bitcoins were left in his wallet.
