Looks like the pool website is back online.
i havent seen a pool working well yet, all with a lot of lag or downtimes
just hope for it to come back up, not much else you can do...
@Githoo Sure you need to know what happen anyways looks like they are just down.
they are pretty legit, I think they were just down for a bit, you can always tell if its a scam if you check out the forums or number of users on a site, other tells are if they ask for a really high take/percentage and don't let you change the BTC payout threshold.
I did get my catcoins back 
tips.bettercoin.org has been down for a few days now too.
