With a more stable market condition, who knows, we just might return to that where trading volume increases with time.

Is that a crowdfunding project? if yes, I think it's impossible because I also monitor the crowdfunding project and you know what the results are? many of them who have a volume of millions to tens of millions today can be used as a dead project because there are many exchanges that delist with them, I think the coins you find are not from crowdfunding. Cryptocurrency is out of control and this is still possible when maximum amount of coin is released. For fresh coin this isn't possible because the best projects never release their maximum supply. For fresh coin you can research top exchange and volume of available supply. 
It's possible, but actually you see the reverse today. Coins of hundreds of thousands of volume USD becoming obsolete. The market is not cool for ALTs.
That's right, the true peak of Altcoin has a very high volume but it is not developing because what is happening now is something we cannot predict or reverse, maybe this year Altcoin lacks potential, but if you believe in opportunities don't wait tomorrow, but do it now because everything is a bet.

for me it can happen as long as there are people trading and also still believe in crypto. nothing is impossible in this matter. vice versa, a large volume can drop dramatically and not worth it.

I think this condition is very reasonable, where volume fluctuations in the marketcap often occur, it is caused by several factors, one of which is the trend or popularity of the coin. Either old or new coins, that's right

In today's market conditions, it is not going to give the return on the investment rate more than x5 in my opinion. Tracking back to the old historical figures also makes me jealous of missing those gold opportunities in 2017 but moving forward is my only option. It is true that low market cap coins will make your investment rates double or even triple but finding these altcoins is not easy.

That is possible to be happen, but it will take time before it become's end in a million trading volume.

I think this might happen, in the crypto market anything can happen, so don't be surprised if a coin rises sharply and vice versa. but seeing the fact that is happening right now coins or altcoins that don't have strong support, they will be left by their users and strong coins that will survive in the crypto market

A coin can start with a small price and raise quickly to 10 bucks per coin, but unfortunately the reversed scenario is much more obvious, because a bunch of projects begin with 0,1 USD per token and ending with 0,001 USD within several weeks.
These things have happened so many times and we will just never know what will happen with the value of the coin we're holding which makes investing in ICO's, IEO's, etc. a bit risky. An evolved IEO can somehow solve that issue since they're already selling tokens that are already in an exchange with a discounted price. Some gameplans you can do with that is to have them to hopefully host a good project and buy coins at a price that they already are in the exchange. You won't expect too much drop or volatility comparing if it came fresh from initial offerings.
I would be more realistic, do not expect such returns like in 2017. Why? Because people now have an experience with the situation what happened.

Of course that will happen. Basically Bitcoin starts trading with low volumes but in a few years the volume grows significantly due to increased demand in the market, new coins take time and a long journey to have large volumes and have investor confidence.

In my opinion that is indeed the right thing. Because over time, cryptocurrency increasingly popular and began to be known by many people so that it can happen. And for new coins now, that might be possible, of course, with several factors that support the development of a project itself, how the team, how about the product and several other things that can support the success and achievement of the desired target.cryptocurrency will become popular again to everyone in every part of the world.
Yes of course, very possible. There are still good projects that have less exposure or marketing but focus on developments and we need to find those coins to gain some good ROIs. And don't forget that there are still coins/token that have millions of volume but goes down to zero, that time when the team stops developing their project.

Why not? This is possible if the market conditions are appropriate and the coin has a really remarkable project. Of course the market conditions are very important for this because I've seen so many coins that even though they had a great project, they couldn't rise because they entered the market in the middle of the bear season. As you said, there are coins that can show astronomical upgrades as long as the conditions exist.
If in 2017 it really happened and at that time the development of altcoin was very good and now a lot of old altcoins have gone ash and it is very difficult to follow the old footsteps, and we can see now that many investors no longer trust the ICO project because often fraud and scam projects occur, I hope that in the future everything will go well.
Here is what happened and why it's difficult to have such phenomenon pay out again. Back then in 2017, crypto was largely new to the greater percentage of the public and most coins witnessed organic growth prior to the bull. Nowadays, you don't wait for organic growth in coin volume, you rather pay for market markets and exchange bots to boost your coin trade volume to millions and yes you boom.

Why not? Everything is possible. Today trading volume could be in millions but tomorrow it can be nothing and vise versa. Crypto trading is like this.
