No, it is not the end of digital currencies. The prices dropped down many times in the past and people still use and trade them, and the crypto community is nowadays a lot bigger than before. The crypto prices are volatiles, and it will go up again after this last decreasing.
There is another thread that talks about bitcoin death. Come on, this is a natural thing. You are right, the price of cryptocurrency is volatile, so it is natural if there are an increase and decrease. Do not panic.

The current market situation is very unfortunate and unfavorable for everyone in the crypto industry, but it doesn't mean that the fall in prices will lead to an end of the digital coins,

It's only the beginning of digital coins, since countries are still deciding to fully accept its existence and how they will use this coins in their daily routine. So it's a simple NO.

Bitcoin can drop but that does not specifically means that it will die off, the prize can only be affected but it can not terminate its existence,
Bitcoin can never come to an end because the founder have remain unknown since he is not being know by any government body, so they cannot regulate the prize of Bitcoin, the only way to stop Bitcoin is to stop the use of Internet which is not possible, as far as internet is still functioning Bitcoin must surely live.

Bitcoin prize is showing his own nature and it try to let every body knows that still existing and the panic over the market has create awareness that is still be a leading coin over other coins in the market. and bitcoin is unstoppable as long internet exist.

now what??

I don't think that this is the end of Digital coins. Not because digital coins is now getting lower, we all know that it will still regain value. There's no need to get panic at all. The price value is not stable but it always happen every now and then because of it's  being volatile. Let us just believe in cryptocurrency because eventually the price value of digital coins will go up high again.

Another dump for cryptocurrency but still I believe that it can bounce back in the right time but for now, I will wait for the deep price of bitcoin and some good altcoins before I enter the market again because its hard to predict the price right now but again this is not the end of digital currency, just wait for the great momentum to go up this year.

Even if bitcoin does not eliminate its shortcomings and the problems with popularity and demand continue, the altcoyins will definitely continue to develop. This process is already irreversible, because blockchein technology has already proved its exceptional utility, as well as digital coins based on this technology. So whether bitcoin will remain the leader of the crypto currency or not, and the crypto currency will grow and develop.

I do not think this may be the end of the digital coins, maybe for some of them, but there are such special like Bitcoin that have proven they can withstand even bigger dips.

Not really, fiat is still alive and more strong after some major stock market crash - isn't it? even economy of a country faces some bad days, doesn't matter - they eventually overcame the situation. Bitcoin will, too.

The debt in the US have grown to over a trillion and still increasing drastically. Trump also mentioned printing money as an option.

I think is very harn to teach old people about bitcoin, exception they already have knowledge about internet, why? Because before they know bitcoin they should know more about internet first. Internet is main media to learn more about bitcoin, sell and buy bitcoin, the risk of bitcoin, etc. So I sugest you should be patient to teach old people. some people say, is very difficult to learn in old days, seem like carve on the rocks
