It would be foolish to believe that in a universe having trillions of galaxies and planets, we're the only one with life form. There are certainly many more life forms out there.
The only questions remain are:
- Do they have same/greater intelligence as us?
- Are they intelligent enough to travel to our planet or contact us in some way?
- Are we equipped enough to recognize their communication?
I'm sure they are among us.
Just imagine such mental abilities like telepathy and telekinesis, mind control, etcetera...
They are able to stop any information war against them.
For them, we are just a material, just a sheeps, simply zombies who are mind controlled by them everywhere and everytime.

You can check it out yourself either by: a) using the right equipment and climbing on the top of one;
b) putting the equipment on a drone.
Not everyone lives near a pyramid to test that. xD
I think they had some batteries that created a small amount of electricity, and the explanation given is they used it in religious ceremonies. But it would be interesting to find they used them for something more than that.
