This is pretty much the same argument I make when having these kind of debates. Also, isn't it self-evident that any alien beings that can visit us have superior intellect and technology to us?

Without going into the origins of what people see as UFOs, why do you think aliens wouldn't have technology far more advanced than what humans have at present? As I stated before, I believe there could be species, literally, billions of years more advanced than humanity, given the sheer amount of time since the Big Bang and since the appearance of (what I believe to be, maybe incorrectly) conditions similar to those that gave rise to life on Earth throughout the universe. Maybe we will still meet a lot of species at roughly our technological level in the future, but I doubt those will be the majority - I mean, ask yourself, what will our advancements look like in 100 years? 1000 years? 10000 years? They might have had billions of years more than us to make those advancements.

Search in google about (area 51) you will feel that this is real UFO and aliens are real

UFO has been saw a lot of times.
Aliens may exist, but I don't think it will be hi-tech like sci-fi movies where they have inhuman spaceships with blasting power far greater than anything made on Earth.

The thought that we, as humans on planet Earth, are completely alone in a universe of unimaginable size seems as hard to fathom as the size of the universe itself. NASA wants to find some — evidence, that is — and on Monday, the space agency announced that it will pour about $50 million into seven different astrobiology research projects across the United States to study what NASA called “the origins, evolution, distribution, and future of life in the universe.”

In other words, do aliens exist? But at the same time, the study could also shed light on where and how life on Earth got started billions of years ago as well.

“With the Curiosity rover characterizing the potential habitability of Mars, the Kepler mission discovering new planets outside our solar system, and Mars 2020 on the horizon,” said NASA’s Planetary Science Division Director, “these research teams will provide the critical interdisciplinary expertise to help interpret data from these missions and future astrobiology-focused missions.”
