It's normal. John Mcafee is hyping Verge Coin and other alts that focused on privacy and anonymity. Verge is not dead yet but it retrace on its correction. but right now it's very risky to ride on this coin. i suggest to wait for another week so you can buy the dip before it goes up once again.

You really need to becareful with these types of coins. As you can probably see this coin is widely speculative and with the recent comments by McAfee, it really doesn't help the credibility of the coin. The developers missed the date on the Wraith protocol and honestly, you need to tread carefully now-a-days. Alot of new crypto investor and they are throwing money anywhere but who know they are also easily manipulative as well.  MCAfee endorsed Safex and look at where that led the coin, literally delisted now on 2 exchanges and people are resorting to selling on reddit forums. I think he just commented on electroneum and that shot up and just dumped. Invest in known coins and actual physical backings.

Yeah it's dying.

Verge is like robbing a bank with a mask.  But you put on and take off that mask in the parking lot with the parking lot camera watching you the whole time.

It's dumb and doesn't really do much besides make the robber look stupid.

I wanna kill myself. Undecided

Try not to let it get to you. We've all missed big trades and held when we should've sold. It's all part of the game.

Bought mine under 60 sat a week ago or so, set a sell order at 140 sat. I expected a small drop, maybe under 110 and rebut it here. Who knew that it's gonna make over 100% from that point in a single day haha. Well, there's a small chance of setting set order at max price, but it feels like I could've got more... Anyway, did over 100% and I have to move on, greediness would've killed me as most of people without strong hands, humility is a must even in this bullish market :-)

I was tempted to invest but didn't pull the trigger.

Do you think that it still has future and will recover?

Edit:Since I opened this thread XVG did X5 or X6.If you want to pump a coin just let me know. Cry

Damn lol, it recovered from the time you post

Just wanted to ask, did you bought it OP?

I hope you did that!

I didn't buy. Sad

The price does not look like it is dying to me, it's looking very strong indeed. I imagine verge will rise above it's current market cap by a considerable amount. 2018 is going to be a great year for crypto

There is simple rule: you sell a coin and it pumps after you sell Cheesy Very hard to sell on the top and I think it's some kind of gamble (pretty random).

Congrats to these who bought verge for cheap!

depending on market cap and circulating supply, what maximum value can we expect ?

Crypto is when you have a clear opinion which maximum value a coin can reach. And then you sell at that level and after a week the coin makes a huge spike and you would have been rich if you just kept hodling.

It is not. Verge is still pumping because of some news, many whales manipulating the price of Verge. Have you heard the news about verge? John Mccaffe is advertising verge and some other undervalued coins, that's why they are keep pumping.

Verge is really great project, anonymous project. Also sending verge currency to other wallet has small amount of fee compare to other coins. Their devs are very active. But the only problem is verge has very large of total supply.

Well, quite the exact opposite actually. Verge (XVG) is being very bullish in the market right now. Up up and away with 300 Satoshis already. I actually bought mine for 40 Satoshis a few months ago but then I sold them a little above 50 Satoshis when I got impatient for its very slow movement. Like you, I was thinking Verge (XVG) was already going to low even if the people promoting it are hyping too much. Regrets come later.
