Nothing to get panic. From the day price started to increase the problem on confirmation too got raised. This will be managed by the developers or miners might be taking control to move in a stable way. When you get the unconfirmed transaction, consider the transaction is successful. Automatically the confirmation takes within certain time frame.

are you waiting to "receive" the said transaction or have you received it already and waiting for "confirmation"? because these two can be different and what wallet are you using?

Yes you should try that one as well. I also have the same issue as your a few days ago
and I was waiting for the transaction to get confirmed. In about 2-3 hrs after posting my
transaction id, in https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ I got confirmation
already since waiting for almost 12 hrs and bitcoin got in wallet. Can you post your
transaction id here so that we can post in https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
so we can help you out get the confirmation faster.

you should see it as a unconfirmed transaction very quickly.. but getting confirmed has become less guaranteed recently
